　　福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省招商工作的负责人李宁告诉记者，其实整个福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省的招商从去年11月初就已经开始了，目前已接近尾声。虽然整个分拨公司有3900多个商位，但福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省的招商额只有300个，像服装、鞋等小商品业，因为商铺有限，招商名额基本已满，因此这次到泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/来招商，主要针对的行业是建材、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/、食品及玩具。

　　另外，由于泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/玩具业在中东市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的生意一般是通过中间代理商，并且限制企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/寻找第二代理，所以在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的招商工作主要集中在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业。他认为，重建中的伊拉克的建筑业肯定会兴盛，这正是泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石业开拓中东市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的好机会。

　　他介绍，中东地区除了石油，本地的制造业很缺乏，因为缺少资源也没有工艺技术，因此质优价廉的中国http://www.stonebuy.com商品在那里很受欢迎。中国http://www.stonebuy.com商品分拨中心所处的迪拜，又是在亚非欧三地的中心，很多北非的商人都到迪拜采购商品，因此可以辐射拥有15亿消费者的大市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

　　在对南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/、惠安两地的采访中，记者了解到，目前泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量大约占了全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/总产量的1／3,每年大概有5000多万平方米，而在全国每年才十几亿的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额中，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/量就占了50％以上。

　　至于中东，并不是泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的主要出口http://en.stonebuy.com/地。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/新三星石业有限公司的陈团结总经理告诉记者，中东地区拥有自己的大理石资源，因此有不少泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是从中东地区采购大理石荒料的，但把产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/卖到中东的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/很少。

　　南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/另一家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/力丰公司的陈董事长也告诉记者，和中国http://www.stonebuy.com的建筑比起来，中东地区的建筑很少，而且建筑内的地板和装潢习惯采用大理石，因为中东地区本身的大理石资源丰富，而且当地的大理石矿区都有加工生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，因此很少有泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/会把产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/卖到中东地区，但到那边采购荒料的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/则不少。

　　营销出来的产业链

　　闽南建材第一市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html有限公司的万奕池总经理告诉记者，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业，除了石井有几百家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和溪美有几家国有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/外，大部分的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/。水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，每年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的产值达到几百亿。

　　生意做大了，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自然会有自己的产供销一条龙。万总告诉记者，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的大型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，有不少企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/拥有自己的矿山，单是闽南建材第一市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html内的500多家商家里，就有三四十家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是自己有矿山的。因为南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/本地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源有限，现在大型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的原材料都依靠国内或国外的矿区供应，因此有很多南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人跑到世界各地去做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意了。

　　据了解，这些到外面做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/人，以前是因为南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的水暖行业做得好，到外面做水暖器材的营销，后来就慢慢转行做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，目前已经形成一支20多万人的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/供销大军。单是水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/一个镇，在外地做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意的也有二三万人。在内蒙古、山西等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源丰富的矿区，谈生意是可以用闽南话交流的，因为当地的泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/人太多。在国外的矿区，也有上千的水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/人在做石头生意。
