4月13日，房山镇组织派出所、交警队、供电部门、市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html监管分局、安监所、建管所、城管队、山后村、房北村等单位60余人，组成联合执法组，出动车辆12台，对房山镇境内18家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/开展“斩根”行动。在本次行动中，共切断动力电20处，拆除电表19个，彻底斩断石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产动力来源，打消企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“避风头”、“一阵风”的念头，坚决防止“死灰复燃”。

　　自2018年以来，为贯彻落实全县”散乱污”企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/整治工作要求，打好污染防治攻坚战,房山镇多次召开会议，研究部署石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/整治工作。通过召开石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主座谈会，了解他们的想法，组织镇村工作人员深入辖区石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，细致耐心讲解政策措施，督促业主自行拆除机器设备和搬离相关设施等措施，经过工作，已有1家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自行拆除了设备，查封、没收大小切割机48台。

　　目前，通过此次“斩根”行动，房山镇境内18家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/电力来源均已彻底切断。下一步，房山镇将持续开展好石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/清理整治工作，加大巡查力度，引导企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/转型，修复周边生态环境，坚决打赢污染防治攻坚战。一是积极开展全面整治。对厂外堆放的墓碑、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/等进行彻底清理，在企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/周边安装围挡设施。对于关停、停产整治的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/由相关部门查封生产设备，加强日常巡查监督，确保不能违规通电生产。二是持续加大排查力度。在全镇范围内开展“散乱污”企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/专项整治“回头看”，全面排查、梳理全镇在污染防治整改中存在的问题，确保前期整治效果长效保持。对排查中发现的各类环境污染和生态破坏等违法行为，联合环保、公安等执法部门，坚决依法予以打击、绝不姑息。三是建立长效监管机制。我镇将实施常态巡查监管机制，发现一家、查处一家。对拒不整改关闭的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，联合上级执法部门依法进行查封、拆除，坚决以铁的决心、铁的手腕完成石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/清理整治工作，严防“散乱污”石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/死灰复燃。
