　　据了解，为提高担保机构抗风险能力，我市陆续出台政策，为泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/市融资性担保体系生根发芽提供了肥沃土壤，比如鼓励行业龙头企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/牵头组建担保机构，大力支持依托工业园区、行业协会、商会组建担保机构等。而在促进担保行业发展中，政府也采取多种措施，如在提高担保机构抗风险能力方面的措施包括：风险补偿、免征营业税、税前提取风险准备金等，符合条件的信用担保机构，还能享受国家三年免征营业税优惠，期满后还可继续申请。
　　笔者从活动现场中获悉，我市市经委和泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/银监分局还成立泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/融资性担保业务监管联席会，对融资性担保机构的监管及扶持政策正在酝酿中。
