1月9日，由中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会组织的2009年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业新春团拜会在北京中国http://www.stonebuy.com建筑展览中心举行，中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会会长邹传胜，副会长刘志平、安凤占，秘书长刘建华，国家建材展览中心主任生美心，全国工商联石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业商会秘书长赫延明，以及业界部分老同志和北京地区40余家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/老总出席团拜会。会议由中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会副秘书长邓惠青主持。

    在团拜会上，邹传胜会长首先代表协会对全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业界同仁表达了新年的祝福，并通报了全行业2008年的基本运行情况：2008年，从生产角度看有所增长，而经济效益与上年1月~10月相比有所下降，特别是出口http://en.stonebuy.com/方面增幅呈下降趋势，全国建筑装饰材料需求同比下降了30%~40%，对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业影响巨大。邹传胜认为，从目前情况看，我国房地产形势尚不明朗，作为下游产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业，2009年的形势将更加严峻，小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已难以生存。从统计数字上看，全行业规模以上企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/工业增加值今年1月~11月份在困难的形势下仍实现了1/3左右的增幅，从而验证了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业大中型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html抗风险能力。2008年，在中国http://www.stonebuy.com建材联合会和有关职能部门的支持下，协会会同有关地区的政府部门和骨干企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，经过向国家主管部门的反复沟通和反映，终于为行业争取到三项利好政策。一是进口荒料从征税4%降为零，二是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/退税提高到9%，三是困扰企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/近3年大理石进出口http://en.stonebuy.com/滞关检测的不公正待遇问题获得圆满解决。这三项来之不易的利好政策，为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/创造了较好的外部条件。邹传胜号召全行业面向内需扩大市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，利用好政策拓展产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/新领域，正确处理好保增长过程中用好政策与调整好结构的关系，迎接挑战，战胜困难，推动行业的整体提升。

    北京西联国际董事长、副会长刘志平在发言中说：石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要在当前严峻的经济形势下把握好“危”与“机”的关系。房地产业关乎民生，其时间跨度有可能超出人们的期望，因而要做好更充分的准备。作为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业，要盯紧上游产业———房地产业的发展态势，加快从粗放型向服务型的转变，并通过危机改善企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的生产经营和生存环境。

    河北星烁锯业董事长、副会长安凤占在团拜会上则更多表示了对战胜当前金融危机的乐观态度和信心。他在发言中说，随着国家立法进程的加快和政策的不断完善，行业企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的大环境会越来越好。我国城市化进程是一个长远的目标，这必将为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业提供广阔的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html空间。

    会上，秘书长刘建华代表中石协对2008年协会工作做了简要总结，并对纳入协会工作计划的各项工作完成情况做了说明。毛云章等业界资深人士也在会上做了发言。
