南安石材产业成为全国首个国家级外贸转型升级基地

　　日前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业被商务部确认为全国首个国家级外贸转型升级基地，并正式授牌。
　　据悉，此次国家级外贸转型升级基地授牌之所以选择南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/，得益于近年来该市致力推动产业转型升级，始终遵循“全封闭、大循环、再利用”的发展理念，提升发展内涵。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/现有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/1500多家，其中规模以上企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/252家，2012年1-11月规模产值228.07亿元，占中国http://www.stonebuy.com 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量的60%和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html份额的70%，被省委、省政府列为建设海峡西岸经济区的重要产业集群之一，成为辐射全球的世界级石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产交易中心。特别是2012年，该市专门出台《关于打造国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都的若干意见》，围绕“大集团、大产业、大品牌、大联盟、大商贸”的发展目标，全力打造国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之都，取得了一定的成效。
　　下阶段，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业将注重增加产业集聚力，至2015年，完成对目前加工区在内的1248家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/清洁生产审核；完善集中区基础设施，至2015年，全面完成已规划的9个填埋处置场建设；发挥龙头企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/带动力，“十二五”期间，培育3家产值超20亿元的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，力争到2020年，培育产值超30亿元企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/8家；发展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业总部经济，至2015年，新增10家国内外著名石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/入驻总部经济区；提高核心竞争力，至2015年，建设8家省、市级企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/技术（行业）中心，力争新增国家级品牌3-5枚，实现石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循环经济年产值达50亿元，5家以上企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参与制修订相关行业各类产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/标准，建立完善一套完整的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业安全生产操作规程等。
