据悉，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市近期对官桥镇、水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇、石井镇沿海三镇制定了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业新的准入条件。新上（包括增资扩容项目）石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/物流项目必须符合国家产业政策和所在乡镇总体规划要求，重点发展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工艺、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循环经济项目。不得变相以其他企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/类型变更为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产项目。此外，官桥镇、水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇、石井镇必须高标准规划建设石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区。今后，三镇新上石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目原则上必须入驻石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区，集中区外不再安排石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目用地及项目准入。

    具体而言，三地行业准入门槛略有不同。水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇新上石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目总投资需在5000万元以上，官桥镇、石井镇新上石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目总投资需在4000万元以上；需新增用地的扩建、改建石板材生产、工艺石材http://www.stonebuy.com/及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循环经济项目总投资需在3000万元以上。同时，厂区必须按照“集约、高效、生态、环保”的原则规划建设标准化厂房，做好绿化美化工作；企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/绿地率必须达20%，若厂区种植乔木等，其绿地率可按树木胸径计算。

    此外，发展循环经济还有明确要求。官桥镇、水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇、石井镇新规划建设的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区必须预留10%以上用地规模，用于发展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业的石粉碎石综合利用项目，并同时规划建设填埋场，对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工区内企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/产生的石粉碎石进行集中收集处理。现有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/集中区也要规划碎石、石粉的综合利用项目用地。
