　　笔者认为，改变落后的管理方式、更新落后的加工装备、提高工艺技术水平固然重要，而在相同条件下，面对摒弃落后的、作坊式传统石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业，建设现代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业的重任，观念的转变和更新就显得更为关键了。中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会会长邹传胜曾在新疆等地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群发展论坛上反复强调：面对新的形势，中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业的发展必须明确新的指导思想，那就是要全面落实科学发展观，努力建设现代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业。现代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业应该是矿山开采与石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/化、智能化的，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/标准化、规格化、功能化的，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理科学化、行业管理规范化的，环境友好型、资源节约型的国际化的石质材料与制品加工业。各地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在学习借鉴广东、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、山东等地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群发展经验时，不要跟在后面模仿、追赶，而应实施超越战略，应根据我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业适应建设资源节约、环境友好型社会的要求，坚持科学发展，实施产业升级。
