7月17日，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇迎来了一批特殊的访客，来自厦门大学经济学院的“与石俱进”暑期实践队一行八名成员抵达南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/展开为期两天的调研实践活动。
　　实践队由来自厦门大学经济学院的经济、计统、金融、国贸、人力资源管理等经管两院四系的本科生和研究生组成，以“探索南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业的可持续发展”为实践课题，从具有“中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城”美誉的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇的典型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/入手，解读石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业链，发掘企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/竞争力因素，分析如何实现石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的持续、快速发展。水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/现已拥有的完整产业链结构、高度集聚的产业集群、国际化的采购销售渠道，使水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/领跑全国，闻名世界。在两天的时间里，实践队先后走访了万隆石业股份、澳盛石材http://www.stonebuy.com/、鹏翔岗石、均利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/等当地特色企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，对“买石头、卖石头、到中国http://www.stonebuy.com、找水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/”有了切身感受，更体会到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不断进行产业升级、注重循环利用、持续发展的战略雄心。
　　在与多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的座谈中，实践队员无不了解到大中型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/均建有自己的污水循环处理利用系统，在生产过程中实现“零废水”。天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工过程中产生的边角废料、石粉石渣也有专门的公司上门进行回收处理，或统一掩埋，或进行人造石等产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的开发利用。
　　参观访问资源综合利用的代表企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/鹏翔岗石过程中，实践队对于其整齐划一、绿意盎然的厂区印象深刻，更被其利用矿山、生产过程中的废石料研发出的上百种人造石所震撼。变废为宝、节约资源、保护环境的人造石也带来了水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/持续发展的新机遇。
　　同时队员还发现，除了技术和产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的升级给水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/带来了不断发展壮大的机会，本土企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/家在管理理念和公司经营过程中的不断学习更是为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业的持续发展注入了强大动力。在万隆石业股份，公司正通过专业咨询公司和自身的管理经营模式制度化，为日后的上市做着积极准备；在均利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，公司陈总经理刚刚从厦门大学管理学院EDP中心总裁班学习归来，交谈中透露出实践经验和理论相融贯通的深入浅出。
　　7月26日，实践队还将再赴南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/进行四天的二期调研。实践队员对南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业、对海西经济建设充满信心并致力为其发展献言献策，贡献所学。
