我市对工艺品、石材试点行业统保

模式试点政府市场作用

    作为政策性金融工具的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信用保险，去年曾为我市出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/应对金融危机、保市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html保份额发挥了重要作用。记者今天从市贸发局了解到，今年，我市选择工艺品和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/两大行业试点“行业统保”，也就是由政府出资，免费为这两个行业的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供一份基本的风险保障。“行业统保”启动以来，两大行业共有30多家中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/从中受益。

    试点行业统保的工艺品和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/都是我市的传统优势出口http://en.stonebuy.com/商品，特别是厦门的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/，占了全国大约60%比重。今年年初，市贸发局、财政局与出口http://en.stonebuy.com/信保公司经过协商筛选，最终确定了工艺品和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/两个行业试点行业统保。

    试点行业统保后，操作流程大大简化。到3月底为止，我市工艺品和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业已有三、四十家中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，通过所属的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商会和工艺品协会向信保公司申请“行业统保”。行业统保的保费全部由政府买单，保费费率相对较低，而与此相对应，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所享受的保障水平也相对较低，单个海外买家最高赔付不超过1.5万美元。相关方面希望，通过行业统保，中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/能对信保能有更多的了解。

    市贸发局预期，在试点的第一年，行业统保能够覆盖两个行业5亿美金左右的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额，助力两个行业的中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/开拓市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。而在试点行业统保的同时，今年我市还将继续推广企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/统保，鼓励出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其所有出口http://en.stonebuy.com/订单全部投保信用保险。今年，我市将保持统保企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/保费扶持50%的政策不变，而非统保企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/保费扶持比例一律为30%。
