　　据介绍，“中南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/建材城”项目投资主体为福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省东升石业股份有限公司，该公司是福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市规模最大、发展迅速的股份制石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，拥有丰富的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工经验和先进的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html运营管理能力。整个项目包括1000亩的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工区、1492亩的中南建材大市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，还将建立国内惟一的、高水平的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/雕刻技术学校，同时布局和建设包括幼儿园、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博物馆、高档公寓、高级商务酒店等配套生活设施。建成后将带动本地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/快速发展，并吸纳5000家以上的商家进场从事加工、经营活动，年交易额达80亿元人民币，可提供2万个就业岗位。
