“如何促进钟山的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业健康有序地发展？如何把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/做强做大，创出自己的品牌？”作为钟山乡的党委书记，钟玉华一直在考虑这些问题。前些日子，钟玉华连续四天埋头在该乡中一村，走访企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，了解情况，寻找解决问题的“良方”。
钟玉华首先走访了中一村的42家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，还召集企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主召开座谈会，与他们交流、沟通，掌握了不少需要解决的问题。调研中，钟玉华了解到，中一村现在的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大多是低、小、散的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，经营中互相压价、互相拆台的现象较为严重，全村的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业处于一种无序发展状态，这将影响整个钟山石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的知名度和美誉度。为此，钟玉华和村干部、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主一起讨论、商量对策，最终大家一致决定组建一个行业协会。为了尽快让这个行业协会成立起来，钟玉华就审批等一些具体问题与县经贸、民政等部门进行了沟通，争取他们的支持。同时，帮助筹备了选举会议，选举产生了理事会。钟玉华说：“很多石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主和矿山企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主都反映，希望行业协会尽快组建，并带领钟山石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业健康有序发展。” www.stonebuy.com 中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/网
此外，在调研中，钟玉华还了解到，中一村由于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/之间发展不平衡，一些规模小的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在对外承接业务上存在一定的困难，只能依靠一些大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供业务，为此，有企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主提出，以后要通过行业协会组建一个企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/联合体，把小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/合并到大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，从而增强企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的竞争力，创立企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/品牌。对此建议，钟玉华非常赞同，他还与村干部一起走访了各石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主，交流沟通，争取支持。同时，鼓励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/通过以商引商的方式，把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/做大做强。（记者 王丽晓）
