出口石材木质包装要加贴IPPC标识

      厦门检验检疫部门负责人告诉记者，这5家涉案企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，有4家为厦门本地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。这4家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都参加过去年的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/木质包装检疫政策宣传贯彻会，这表明，对国家关于输出到欧盟的货物木质包装应该进行检疫除害处理、并在合格后加贴IPPC标识的政策，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都是清楚的。既然企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都清楚这个法规，那企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/又为何不按照法规来办事呢？厦门检验检疫局调查后发现，这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/之所以出口http://en.stonebuy.com/时没有进行检疫除害处理并加贴IPPC标识，有三个原因：一是一些出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/还存在错误的意识，认为木质包装与货物贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/没有太大关系，是小问题，只要进口商认可就行了。二是部分进口商对德国的执法强度认识不够，认为“德国没有强制执行”，甚至因费用问题还向我出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/强调无需进行除害处理。三是进出口http://en.stonebuy.com/双方在有关处理费用方面没有谈妥，存在边做边看的心态。

      虽然涉案5家出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/遭受的直接经济损失才4500欧元，损失不是太大。但值得注意的是，今后，上述企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/货物输入德国，可能将被提高抽查比例，加大检查力度。另一方面，对于我国出口http://en.stonebuy.com/货物，可能因部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的不规范行为而导致通关速度减缓，甚至某种货物被暂停输入、进行行业自律或整顿。厦门检验检疫局称，这一问题如未能有效制止，将酿成恶劣影响。届时，就不是个别企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的经济损失，恐怕要影响到某个行业、某个口岸、甚至整个国家的对外贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/。因此，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/包装加贴IPPC标识是必不可少的。中国http://www.stonebuy.com 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/网－www.stonebuy.com－石材http://www.stonebuy.com/新闻

      厦门检验检疫局东渡办事处庞金：加了这个标识木质包装，就是证明该批木质包装，在出口http://en.stonebuy.com/前已经过我们检验检疫局监督下的除害处理，证明它处理合格了，这样到对方国家就不会被销毁，会顺利通关。
