　　据安娜博士介绍，随着欧盟统一市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的逐渐完善，绝大多数涉及健康、安全、环境保护的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/（家用电器、建筑材料、医疗设备等）已被强制性地列入“必须携带CE标志，否则不准进入欧盟市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html流通”之列。

　　对于非欧盟国家生产的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，如果没有携带CE标志，将越来越难进入欧盟及欧盟自由贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/区。因此，获得CE标志又被称为产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/进入欧盟的“特别通行证”。

　　三种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/受限

　　据了解，自2003年10月1日起，有三种天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/欧盟已开始受CE认证限制。这三种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/为用于户外铺筑地面使用的天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厚板、天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/立方体、天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/人行道边材。

　　虽然这三种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的强制性认证自2003年10月1日起还有两年的缓冲期。但出于各国贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/保护主义等因素的影响，实际上某些国家已开始执行这个标准。同时，从未来的发展趋势看，将有越来越多的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/被限定携带CE标志方能进入欧盟流通。

　　专家建议尽快认证

　　专家们认为，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要抢占欧盟市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的更大份额，就必须早做准备，尽早获得CE标志认证，适应欧盟的标准要求，才能在日益激烈的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html竞争中掌握主动，赢得理想的利润和发展空间。

　　专家们还建议，针对欧盟等有关国家的相关标准，应组织国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/采取应对措施，制定相应的进入我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的准入标准，限制部分国外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/进入我国市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，以此缓解国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的竞争压力，保护我国民族石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业。
