本报讯 国家质检总局于今年第三季度，对北京、山东、广东、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、上海等５省、市的２３家生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所生产的天然花岗石、大理石建筑板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量进行了国家监督抽查，并于１０月１３日公布了抽查结果。

　　抽查的２３种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/中合格１８种，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/抽样合格率为７８．３％。其中大型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抽查合格率为１００％，中型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抽查合格率为７０％，小型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抽查合格率为３３．３％。从以上统计看，大、中型生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产的板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量较好，目前这些大、中型生产板材的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是我国大型、高档建筑物的装饰材料的主要供货商，也是生产出口http://en.stonebuy.com/板材的主要企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的领导重视产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量，熟悉板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的行业标准，坚持以信誉制胜、以质量求生存的原则，有一套完整的质量管理体系和专职的质检人员，生产设备先进，工人操作技能熟练，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/适销对路。

　　随着人们生活水平的提高和居住环境意识的加强，消费者对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/放射性越来越关注。本次产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量抽查对１６种天然花岗石样品放射性水平进行了检验，１６种天然花岗石样品放射性均为Ａ 类，也就是说石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的使用范围不受限制，未发现Ｂ类和Ｃ类产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。由此可以看出，通过近几年来对建筑装饰石材http://www.stonebuy.com/放射性的标准宣贯和正确使用石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的科学引导，生产或加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已经把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的放射性作为生产中的重要指标，在原料选择上有所针对性，减少了放射性水平较高的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品种进入市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

　　尽管如此，抽查中仍然发现了一些不尽人意的地方，暴露出的主要问题是板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的规格尺寸（长度、宽度和厚度）及光泽度控制得不好，有的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/超差严重，根本无法使用。

　　在我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/现行采用的天然建筑板材标准中，规定板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的长度和宽度偏差不能有正偏差，而在本次抽查的５种不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/中有４种板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在长度、宽度尺寸上出现了正偏差，占抽查不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数的８０％，标准中还明确规定天然花岗石、大理石板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的厚度偏差和对光泽度的要求，此次抽查有２种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在厚度这个检测项目上出现了问题，占抽查不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数的４０％，还有４种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/光泽度项目不合格，占抽查不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数的８０％。

　　造成产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/不合格的主要原因除了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的领导不重视产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量意识淡薄的人为因素之外，还有部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/使用的量具没有经过定期检定；有的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/为了降低产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/生产成本，竟然盲目减少生产工时或工序，致使产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量降低。
