在中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会五届三次会长办公会上，邹传胜会长就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业如何顺应宏观形势,调整行业结构,石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会应主动介入行业管理等问题作了重要讲话。

     邹会长说，货币政策、进出口http://en.stonebuy.com/政策、资源政策等宏观经济政策、以及人民币的升值对我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/、对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业的发展造成了较大的压力。但是这种压力也可以变成我们的动力，这就要求行业的进步。 

邹会长说，应对行业面临的压力具体应做好以下几方面的工作：

1、 要调整产业结构。现在的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业可以细分为采石业、建筑用材的加工业、制品业、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/工具、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/流通业等6个子行业。其中的开采和制品业不发育，应该加强；

2、 要调整产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构。目前的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/以建筑用板材为主，要提高产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的附加值；

3、 要调整技术结构。目前的技术结构是作坊式生产和现代化大生产并存；

4、 要对市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html区域进行调整。从国外市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html来看，国外市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的增长速度总体在下降，但对中亚市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html、边境地区市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html可以有发展；从国内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html来看，国内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html可分为四个角，西南、西北、东南、东北。现在东南地区市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html发达,东北市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html应作研究，尤其应关注天津市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的发展；对于西北市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html来说，有资源优势及面临较大原中亚市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html；对于西南市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，2010年东盟自由留易区的调整是一个机会，协会要研究这个市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要带头研究。中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/网

     邹会长说，协会和企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要共同参与行业管理,这包括石材http://www.stonebuy.com/重点资源及市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html,行业的统计及规划,产业政策的主动参与。邹会长说，关于进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的放射性检验的问题，进口大理石要作放射性检验是错的，这是我们没有超前的介入,没有行业的呼声所造成的。去年的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税问题,由于协会的主动参与取得了好的成效。邹会长说，协会应做行业统计工作、应将销售收入1亿元以上的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/数据汇总一下，这基本能反映行业的总体情况。协会还应和企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/共同做好培训工作。

     邹会长最后强调，原始的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产应淘汰，现在应该提倡的是要大力发展现代石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业。
