申奥成功、入世在即给建筑、建材等诸多行业都带来了前所未有的发展机遇。一直默默但迅速发展着的中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业现状究竟如何，在这一连串的重大事件中究竟受到什么样的影响呢？就此记者采访了中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会副秘书长谭金华。

　　现状有忧有喜

　　记者（以下简称记）：目前不少地方存在许多小型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，使得乱开乱采现象十分严重，造成了许多不应该出现的损失。请您谈谈为什么会出现这种情况，好吗？

　　谭金华（以下简称谭）：我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业与其他建材有不同特点。其他行业大多经过转制、改制而来，而石材http://www.stonebuy.com/主要依靠市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html经济发展起来的，民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、乡镇企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/较多，相对规模较小。良莠不齐在所难免。

　　另外，我们国家对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/矿山的开采保护性措施力度不够，对矿产资源法的宣传贯彻缺乏深度和广度。其管理主要依靠行业协会，因业务范围有限，力度相对较小。但从另一个方面来说我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的发展贴近市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，经营灵活，成熟起来的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抵抗风险的能力不断加强。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业近几年来生产规模和矿山建设不断向高水平发展，小、乱、差现象不断改观。

　　记：从整个建材业看，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/情况如何？

　　谭：就单种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/而言，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/是第一出口http://en.stonebuy.com/大户，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额8亿多美元。

　　板材、异形产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/、石雕、荒料是主要出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html主要在亚洲、欧洲，包括100多个国家和地区。亚洲是最大的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，占总出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额的60％，特别是日本，每年都从我国进口近5亿美元的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/。另外，欧洲市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的开发也取得了较好的成绩，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额已突破了1亿美元，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/以城市建设用石为主。欧洲已经成了市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html开发的重点，开发力度不断加强。

　　记：有人说，国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/以后，经国外企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/深加工，再“返销”

　　我国，身价倍增。这是否说明国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工技术与国外相比存在较大差距？

　　谭：加工方面我们与国外没有大的差别，关键是品牌。我国目前具有国际水平的名牌产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/较小。可以说，进入我国的国外产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/都是名牌产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，价格自然就高。我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产水平不断提高。我国荒料经国外深加工确有“返销”我国现象，而我国同样也有产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/“返销”外国，就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额看，增长速度远高于国外就是证明。

　　记：那么，我国的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工设备与国外比，有没有差距呢？

　　谭：基本相当。20世纪80年代起我国就开始从国外引进先进设备。

　　1985年到1990年引进生产线300多条，1990年以来又陆续从国外引进了一些生产线，现在已超过500条，加工设备水平与国外差距不断减小。可以说我们的中小型加工机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/与国外技术不相上下，存在差距的是一些大型机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/。意大利、法国等国家生产的异型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的加工设备非常先进，我们与其相比是存在一定差距的。

　　入世直抓商机

　　记：入世意味着中国http://www.stonebuy.com将经历一场前所未有的“革命”。那么，入世对我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业有什么影响呢？

　　谭：会有两个方面的影响：利和弊。但总的来说利大于弊。入世后，国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/会更多地被国外所了解，对开发国外市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html极为有利。

　　而我们的传统石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，比如墓碑、石雕等，不会受到冲击。相反，入世以后我们可以开发更加多元化的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

　　入世后装饰板材可能会受到一些冲击，但也不会太大。经过市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html经济的磨炼，中国http://www.stonebuy.com企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已经具备了相应的承受能力，具有了一些较具竞争力的跨国企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，竞争能力和观念基本上已实现与国际接轨。

　　存在的冲击主要表现在：国外的建筑施工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/进入我国市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html后，在选择材料的时候，可能会因为民族情结而更多地考虑他们本国的材料。

　　但是，面对入世，要做充分准备，迎接新的挑战，在竞争中促进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业大发展。我们目前要解决的关键问题就是进行企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/结构调整和产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构调整，改变中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/太多的现状，提高产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/科技含量，适应国际市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，增强企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/国际竞争力，紧紧抓住WTO带给我们的商机。

　　奥运何止商机

　　记：现在，全世界都关注着奥运建设，看中了其中的巨大商机。

　　对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/而言，除其中的商机之外，您认为还有那些方面的影响？

　　谭：奥运对企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/而言，是难得的商机和发展契机。比如，可以扩大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的应用领域、知名度，以及在国际市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的影响。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在奥运工程中的应用是把中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/带到国际市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的绝佳机会。通过奥运工程，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的总体水平会上一个台阶。

　　当然，真正大量使用石材http://www.stonebuy.com/是在2003年以后。2002年场馆设计，2003年开工建设，2004、2005、2006年是各种材料应用的高峰期。包括石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业在内的中国http://www.stonebuy.com建材业都有在奥运建设中大显身手的机会。
