今天的石材订单的锐减，原因何在？

　　笔者最近看到这些数据：1月工程机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/单月开工率40.61%；2月工程机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/单月开工率为53.77%；3月单月开工率65.05%。三月平均开工率53.14%。

　　这些工程机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/开工率数据反映了在建工程的开工率，这些在建工程有铁路、桥梁、港口、隧道、农田水利、房地产、工业厂房等建设项目。这些在建工程的开工率低，也就在一定程度上反映在建的房地产工程的开工率。

　　房地产的开工率应该比这些数据还低。因为这些数据里包含了国家的一些重大建筑工程项目，农田水利项目及一些有关民生重大工程项目。房地产这个因素对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html影响最大，因为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的应用和消费之处主要在房地产项目上。房地产项目的不景气对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/直接影响。

　　图1与图2是国内某大型人造石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/车间生产现场图片。由于订单的大量减少，巨大的车间里几乎空空的，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/少，人也少，显示了工厂生产的严重不景气。当笔者看到工厂的这种现状时，思绪万千，感慨很深！

　

02 层出不穷的各种琳琅满目的其它建筑装饰材料对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的冲击

　　建筑材料种类繁多，不仅有水泥、瓷砖、木材、钢铁、铝合金、玻璃等等材料，这使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/面临着来自这些建筑材料的冲击。在建筑材料市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html一定份额的条件下，当其它材料进入建筑市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html多的时候，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在建筑上的应用也就随之降低，减少。

　05无序和盲目的发展，供大于需

　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业作为资源性的行业应该要有一定的计划性开采、生产，避免行业的盲目、过大发展。然而，前些年，房地产行业实在太好了，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业在未认清未来发展的形势的情况下产能不断扩大，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业园、大板市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html全国开花，这样发展的恶果造成今天这种局面，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业正在陷入在一种发展减缓的困境之中。最近，与朋友谈论到大板市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的现状。

　　 06来自国外同行的强大竞争压力

　　一旦订单不足，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/价格不高，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/就很难以高人力成本经营了。前不久，笔者看到一些资料，国内的一些石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/为了降低成本经营，赚更高的利润把企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/搬到东南亚劳动力成本低的国家发展了。

　　因为东南亚那里的人力成本比中国http://www.stonebuy.com低较多。企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/作为以利润为主的组织、机构，不可能会让大量的利润被高额的人力成本所吃空的。东南亚用不了多久可能将取代中国http://www.stonebuy.com 石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在世界上的地位，成为未来石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工重要的基地。
