贵州思南县全力推进石材产业化发展

　　一是拓市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html促合作，加快产业平台建设。采用政府搭建平台、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/深度参与的方式，与企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/共同组建市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html开拓队伍，深入外省市及本省遵义、黔东南、贵阳等地，实地调研当地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/需求情况，制定具有针对性的营销方案。积极推动思南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/进入周边的旅游基础设施、市政设施建设和民用建材市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。目前，我县石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/已通过福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/、广东云浮等集散市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html远销全国各地，畅销省内贵阳、遵义、铜仁、黔东南、重庆黔江等地，年销售收入达4亿余元，累计创税收达1.2亿元。

　　二是强宣传重策划，提升石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品牌知名度。积极组织企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参加厦门、重庆、长沙等地建材展会和贵州安顺石博会，累计组织企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参展30多次，签订意向订单金额20多亿元。近年来累计投资110万元，在全省高速公路重点路段投放高杆广告10幅，并充分利用网络媒体、自媒体开展广泛宣传，争取更多领域、更大范围和更多人群知晓思南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。

　　三是谋发展活资源，提高项目复工投产率。以供给侧结构性改革为主线,把“僵尸”项目处置作为工作重点,按照“摸清底数、分类应对、因企施策、先易后难、依法推进”的思路,稳妥推进“僵尸”企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和项目处置,进一步盘活闲置资源，释放发展动能和空间。累计清退石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目5个、重组项目2个，累计盘活资源价值3亿多元。

　　四是抢机遇严督促，加快优质产能大释放。抢抓省政府生态红线区域调整的机遇，将石材http://www.stonebuy.com/矿区生态红线内占用面积调整到其他区域，帮助企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/化解生态保护红线政策风险。督促县内所有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/引进环保、安全等设备设施，确保企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/合规运营。截至目前，全县石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业投入设备价值2.2亿元，年产能可达360万平方米，最大可实现销售产值8亿元。

　　五是牵鼻子引路子，推动招商引资迈新阶。牢牢抓住东部地区石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业转移契机，采用展会招商、以商招商的方法和措施，狠抓石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/招商引资工作，2018年第四届贵州国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博览会，思南县代表铜仁市作招商引资推介发言，意向性投资签约1.5亿元。积极为企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/争取国家引导性扶持，累计为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/申报国家引导性扶持项目7个，争取项目资金1050万元。持续优化营商环境，主动兑现招商引资优惠政策，累计兑现石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/各种奖励资金1300万元。加强石材http://www.stonebuy.com/项目引进及跟踪服务管理，截至目前，全县共引进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/11家，累计注册资本3.5，签约资金12亿元。
