病理：

　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/裂纹处的储水中的碱、盐与石材http://www.stonebuy.com/中的金属离子发生反应，而色变。

病因：

　　1、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在铺装时没有按照规范铺装工艺进行背面防水，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/暗裂处成了水分运输的沟渠。

　　从石材http://www.stonebuy.com/形成的角度分析，属于沉积岩（简单说就是地球运动多次堆层而形成），石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的纹理（暗裂）在所难免。

　　因为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/纹理（暗裂）实际是板材的隐形断层，这就要求石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的铺贴、及养护时必须采用科学、规范的工艺。

　　国标规定：沉积岩的铺贴，需要先铲掉背网，然后整体批涂石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背面防护剂或石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背胶，以防止石材http://www.stonebuy.com/使用中出现病症。

　　铲除背网对安装师傅来说不仅增加了工作量，而且容易断裂，该项目石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在铺贴时根本没有铲网，也没有做任何背面防护或石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背胶，为此埋下了祸根：石材http://www.stonebuy.com/暗裂为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背面的碱盐提供了疏松通道。

　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/背面的碱盐通过在水的媒介下，通过暗裂输送到石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面，再与石材http://www.stonebuy.com/中金属成分氧化反应导致色变。

　　2、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在首次整平研磨时，没有按照规范工艺进行干磨-防水，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/暗裂处成了清洗作业时的储水器。

　　国标规定：沉积岩在首次整平打磨时，必须进行干磨，以降低石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的吸水，干磨整平结束，涂刷石材http://www.stonebuy.com/防水剂，提高石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的憎水效果，然后批刮水性强渗透性修补胶，以彻底对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/明裂、暗裂、孔洞进行修复。

　　粗磨采用了水磨工艺、而且没有涂刷石材http://www.stonebuy.com/防水剂、也没有批刮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/修补胶。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/暗裂处过多储水，以致石材http://www.stonebuy.com/暗裂处氧化而病变。
