200家石企涌入水头石材市场开创繁荣新局面

　　上海，拆！天津，拆！成都，拆……去年以来，全国范围内的环保风暴刮到石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业，“拆”几乎成了很多城市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业的关键词。一纸迁移令下，还没来得及做好准备的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大军，几乎人仰马翻。在冷静下来寻找出路时，以石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业为支柱型产业的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/和广东云浮，成了这一大片“迁徙”大军的目标栖息地。

　　据不完全统计，从去年年底至今，有200家以上的石企从京津冀沪等地涌入水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/。一瞬间，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/总部基地水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，又迎来了新一轮的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html繁荣：新成信国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/中心重新开业，福山工业区溪石三期启动，中闽石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商城大理石专区商户集中入驻，鹏翔石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城三期火爆招商……各个大板市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html迫不及待开门纳客。

　　业内人士表示，这一波迁徙潮在为本土石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业带来繁荣的同时，也将进一步巩固水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集散中心的地位。

　　“到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/去”

　　近日，海西石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城内，瑞轶石业总经理朱胜楠接待了一个来自温州的客户。用了不到10分钟时间，朱胜楠便拿下了订单。尽管这只是一个几万元的小单，但对于初来乍到的朱胜楠来说，这是瑞轶在水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/找到自己节奏的一个信号。“相比较上海来说，水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业更为集中，品种也更多，生意更好做。”朱胜楠说。

　　不过，在朱胜楠看来，瑞轶离开上海迁入水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，并不完全是因为上海石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的强制迁移因素。“到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/去，是之前就有的想法，只不过刚好踩在市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html拆迁的点上。”她说。

　　从去年年底到今年10月份，瑞轶完成了从上海到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/的闪转腾挪，包括粗加工、二次加工也全部在水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/完成。不过，在上海，朱胜楠仍然保留着销售的业务。“上海毕竟是国际大都市，一些别墅、高端酒店的需求量依然很大。”

　　比朱胜楠晚一批到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/的，还有杰俊实业的梁叶。梁叶是成都人，在她的老家四川，也有一大批石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html正在关停，包括她跟人合作的一个加工厂，也在这一波市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html整顿中被关停。今年3月份，杰俊在上海的加工厂就被拆了。4月份，她来到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/这个既熟悉又陌生的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。尽管人生地不熟，但来自全国各地的客商让她对水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/充满信心。

　　尽管去年决定搬迁是无奈之举，但既来之则安之，来到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/之后的朱胜楠开始了对新市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的布局，从东星大板市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，到海西石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城，再到华辉精品市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，每一步都经过精心考量。朱胜楠告诉记者，来到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/后，公司增加了很多新客户，大大超出了她的预期。这也是她在不到一年时间就快速发展起三个驻点的一大原因。

　　梁叶在到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/前，也曾考察过江苏南通、如皋等多个城市，不过最终她还是选择落脚水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，因为这是一个石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集散基地，能够满足企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/走批发市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的路线。而以目前的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html来看，也的确没让梁叶失望。

　　“当然是繁荣！”对于这一局面给水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/带来的改变，梁叶回答道。“这200多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，刨去那些拥有自主产能的，每年能给水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/带来可观的加工量。以加工厂为例，如果租一年的车间要400万元，那能带来多少经济效益？”

　　事实证明，梁叶所言非虚。业内人士透露，近两年，本土石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有超过半数都是亏的。“一个工厂里面4台排锯，动的几乎不到两台。这两年来随着外来企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的增多，源源不断涌入的订单，至少可以让这些加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在未来3年时间内，机器都保持运转。”上述业内人士说。

　　此外，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的涌入也将进一步加速市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的繁荣。记者获悉，此前两年一些大板市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html架子费下滑到每个七八十元，今年又涨到200多元了。

　　南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/外经贸协会执行会长、锦瀚石材http://www.stonebuy.com/董事、总经理李海军表示，这波企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/迁入浪潮给本土石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业带来的影响是积极正面的。这对于水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/来说是一件好事，能够带动产业的进步。

　　不过，红火的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html下冷思考的也大有人在。“短暂时期内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html是一片红火，但从长远的角度来看未必。”鹏翔石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城总经理姚昌贵介绍，从目前的情况来看，外地商户入驻水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/对本地商户具有一定的冲击，在原本市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html需求的基础上，随着商户数量的暴增，市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html竞争会不断加剧。

　　“外来和尚会念经”

　　面对着不同的环境和业态，要将一个企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在很快的时间内完成闪转腾挪并非易事。更多人担心，这些外来的“和尚”，到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/了还会“念经”吗？

　　朱胜楠说，在水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/要生存，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要有自己的特色和优势。“我们的矿山资源，有独家品种，这让我们抱有原先的竞争力。”朱胜楠透露，目前，瑞轶尽管搬到水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，但一些工程的订单也还在接，一点都没受影响。

　　杰俊在融入水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html氛围的同时，也在适应本土的生产加工。梁叶解释说，相较上海，水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/在加工配备上还不够齐全。“很多加工厂都只做一个项目，切了平板要做线条就得再换一个厂，这个是我们需要去解决的问题。”

　　与本土企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/合作不失为一种融入的捷径。弘一石业董事长王星华表示，当前弘一正力邀来自全国各地的石企合作，希望利用企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的实体和矿山资源，对接回流企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/手中的工程订单，共享市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

　　“要适应水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/，这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要在产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量和新技术的运用上进一步加强，尤其是一些石材http://www.stonebuy.com/新科技的运用上，需要升级。”李海军建议。
