据介绍，新标准将从以8个方面进行规范。

    1、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/厂房内地面及厂区外连接道路必须硬底化;

    2、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/厂区四周必须建设封闭围墙;

    3、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/厂区外及周边道路两侧不准堆放石材http://www.stonebuy.com/成品、半成品和废渣废料，无占道、占排水沟、占绿 化带经营行为;

    4、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/磨切、雕刻、异型加工等作业必须在封闭式车间内进行并安装吸尘设施，进行收尘处理，减少粉尘及噪声污染;

    5、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必须使用泥水分离设施，循环池必须建在企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/厂区内，能正常使用，生产废水循环利用，不得外排;

    6、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要与有资质的清运公司签订废渣和锯底泥清运处置协议，废渣堆放在指定地点，确保石材http://www.stonebuy.com/废渣、锯底泥及时清理，分类定点堆放，禁止偷排乱倒;

    7、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/运输石材http://www.stonebuy.com/废渣等易扬尘物料时，须实施喷淋覆盖密闭等措施;

    8、必须依法注册登记，持有的营业执照、税务登记证等必须合法，按规定接受年检;九是企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必须按规定进行税务登记，如果申报销售收入，根据税法规定的纳税标准按时足额缴纳税款。

    新标准出台以后，有不少石材http://www.stonebuy.com/人纷纷表示，行业早该这样了。有一名业内人士吐露道，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业发展30多年来，环保问题依然没有解决到位，这也是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产地难以招到人才的主要原因。新标准出台，但愿可以尽快落地。

    中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会副秘书长邓惠青表示，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业正处于“新常态”下，在市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html暖风未劲吹之时，更要加强企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/内功的修炼，去除平常遗留下来的一些陋习、恶心，以待在市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html回暖时，好大干一场。
