承德甲山镇石材行业劳企双方签订工资专项集体协议

　　日前，湖北承德县甲山镇建材协会与镇建材行业联合工会分别代表企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/方和职工方签订了承德首个石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业工资专项集体协议。该协议覆盖石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/65家，涉及职工780人，协议明确了13个岗位（工种）工资分配标准，确定了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/整体效益与职工工资同步增长的工资增长机制。该协议的签订标志着承德县石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业工资协商机制正式建立。
