思南加大石材产业扶持力度

　　近日，思南县板桥乡巨鼎石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/正抓紧建设，预计今年6月建成投产。
　　据了解，该县为加快石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/发展，定下了“全县石材http://www.stonebuy.com/矿山开采、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工及销售企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/达150家以上，实现产值100亿元以上”的发展目标。
　　其中，加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/20家以上，新建大理石各类加工生产线200条以上，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/装饰设计及大、中、小型营销企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/100家以上。全县统一规划矿点50个至100个（按每投资1亿元，建4条生产线，相应匹配100亩矿山进行规划），其中最大矿点不超过150亩。打造和注册思南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/国内统一商标，打造和建设黔东北石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易中心，力争打造和建设大西南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。
　　为促进目标实现，该县制定了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业系列优惠扶持政策。其中，税费奖励政策最具吸引力。凡企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/正式投产缴纳税费之日起，投资3亿元及以下且年缴纳税费达250万元以上的或投资5亿元及以上且年缴纳税费达500万元以上的，前3年内按企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所缴纳税费的50%，4－5年内按企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所缴纳税费的30%，奖励给企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/作为加工基地土地出让金补偿费。个人对地方财政贡献也有巨额奖励。凡企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/年缴纳税费500万元及以上的，给予企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要负责人1%的奖励。推荐企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要负责人为省、市、县党代表、人大代表、政协委员，市、县人大常委会委员或市、县政协常委。
　　同时，品牌扶持政策将提升石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量。创建市级石材http://www.stonebuy.com/知名品牌的，奖励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/20万元；创建省级石材http://www.stonebuy.com/知名品牌的，奖励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/50万元；创建国家级石材http://www.stonebuy.com/知名品牌的，奖励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/100万元；创建国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/知名品牌的，奖励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/200万元。
　　“思南发展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，真是用心良苦，想得周到。”让客商们倍感温馨的，是该县绿色通行证政策。凡是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/长期在思南境内的公务车及运输车辆，由县公安交警部门在收到相关资料之日起10个工作日内办理绿色通行证。持绿色通行证的车辆，除严重违法违章外，以打招呼，现场纠正为主，不得拖车、锁车、扣分和罚款。
　　优惠扶持政策，正在释放效应。2012年，全县共接待石材http://www.stonebuy.com/客商150余批次300余人次，有200余人次考察矿点100余个，新签约石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/7家，签约资金16.26亿元，累计完成投资2.89亿元。
