山东将建大型石材产业园石材机械全部换代

规范效率花岗石目标产业园

　　日前，中共五莲县委、五莲县人民政府印发了《关于加快五莲石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业园建设的意见》，提出了“鼓励引导石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/通过兼并联合、出让购买、股份合作等形式进行资产重组，全部按规定标准入园”的指导思想和“到2012年底，全县所有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/全部进入石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业园，园外达不到标准要求的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/全部予以关闭”、“建成生态环保型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工示范基地，争创省级乃至国家级循环经济示范园区”的任务目标。
　　五莲县人民政府以“开采集约化、加工园区化、交易组织化”的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业发展思路为总的指导思想，坚持“精简、统一、效能”的原则，把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业园作为五莲县四大特色板块之一。通过健全工作机构、充实工作力量、完善管理体制实现园区规范化管理，引导石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业快速而良性的发展。
　　产业园将通过对规模要求、环保要求、厂区建设、节约用地、设备更新、公司结构调整等一些列严格标准化入园要求，将整合石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，梳理出不符合石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产标准的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/予以强制关闭。同时，政府也将加大对于入园企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和转型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的政策扶持力度，通过“先新建、后拆旧”，“返还土地出让金”，“税收调整返还”，“资金扶持”等举措，全面建设标准化工业园区。
