“年底前自行关闭石材http://www.stonebuy.com/车间的，政府将有一笔补助资金。”昨日，记者从晋江市政府获悉，该市矿山、建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/经营业主必须在2012年8月前关闭。据悉，晋江建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业整体退出转型工作从2011年9月份开始，到2012年10月份结束。
　　“根据目前的统计数据，此次关停的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/共有614家，其中有一些是前期整治关停后死灰复燃的无证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。”相关负责人称。
　　有证无证都有补助
　　根据相关要求，对在2011年12月31日前自行关闭石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产车间、拆除石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产设备的有证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1台大切机8万元的标准，给予转产资金补助。对在2012年3月31日前，自行关闭石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产车间、拆除石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产设备的有证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1台大切机6万元的标准给予补助。对在2012年5月31日前，自行关闭的有证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1台大切机4万元的标准，给予转产资金补助。
　　据介绍，对一些无证的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，在2011年12月31日之前确系已自行停产关闭的，按每拆除1台大切机3万元标准，给予企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/拆迁费用补助。
　　转型还有政策优惠
　　据介绍，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自行转型除了给予一定的补助外，还将在政策上给予一定的支持与优惠。具体优惠政策包括在合法范围内帮转型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/特事特办，加快办理各项土地、基建手续，在税收方面给予一定的支持。
　　“具备一般纳税人资格的鞋业、服装、制伞、食品、包装印刷、五金汽配、机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/制造企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向成功转产的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/下派订单，支持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/利用现有厂房从事配套加工，且向成功转产的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/下派订单达到5家及以上的，经验收，并报晋江市政府同意，给予下单企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/一次性奖励10万元。”相关负责人称，优惠政策的初衷就是尽力确保转型后的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有尽量大的生存空间。
