21日上午，十二届市委常委会第12次扩大会议研究同意《关于鼓励推动建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工业转型转产的若干意见》，确定从11月30日起，全市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按照要求在规定时限内实现关闭退出转型的，将享受相关转产政策扶持。
　　根据《意见》规定，对按规定时限自行关闭转产的有证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/将实行转产补助，对规定时限确已停产关闭的无证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实行搬迁费用补助。其中：有证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2011年12月31日前自行关闭转产的，每台大切机给予8万元补助，在2012年3月31日前自行关闭转产的，每台大切机给予6万元补助，在2012年5月31日前自行关闭转产的，每台大切机给予4万元补助。无证石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2011年12月31日前停产关闭的，每台大切机给予3万元补助，在2012年3月31日前停产关闭的，每台大切机给予2万元补助。
　　同时，市委、市政府鼓励扶持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/转产。对在规定时限内关闭退出转型的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，给予转产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/办理项目用地手续，支持转产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/翻建厂房，向所在镇返还转产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/缴交土地出让金用于生态恢复，对单家转产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实行纳税贡献奖励等7个方面政策扶持。《意见》明确对到规定时限拒不自行关闭转产的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/将多管齐下坚决治理。
