9月9日，全国第三次石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群发展研讨会在莱州市百都会议中心召开。中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会会长邹传胜，莱州市常务副市长金显道与来自全国各大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群地的领导及企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表参加大会并共论石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群发展大计。研讨会由中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会秘书长刘建华主持。来自福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、广东、四川、湖北、辽宁、新疆、内蒙古等21个石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群地的代表提交了关于各自发展经验的研讨论文。
　　莱州市常务副市长金显道在致辞中对所有与会代表表示感谢，他指出莱州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业近年来加快产业方式调整的步伐，不断提高集群化、特色化、品牌化发展水平，正在成为支撑莱州经济社会科学发展、率先发展的重要支柱产业。通过培育品牌企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/群、实施技术改造创新、提升石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工艺水平、丰富石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工品种、发展循环经济项目等方式，莱州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业转型升级有效运行。莱州市正在深入开展行业规范整顿，大力开拓石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html与贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/，努力打造产业地品牌展会，提高莱州品牌企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/界的竞争力。
　　中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会会长邹传胜在发言中提出，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群式发展是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业“十一五”发展的突出特点，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/、广东云浮等成为国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/重要集散中心。目前我国具有一定规模的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群超过30个，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量已占到全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量的80%左右。但另一方面，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业粗放型发展方式没有得到根本性转变。企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/数量多，产业集中度低，矿山开采水平低，资源浪费严重；多数企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理薄弱、创新能力不强，行业总体效益不高，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量、档次还有差距，在一些国际高端建筑工程中市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html占有率不高；部分地区在引导产业发展上存在一定盲目性，缺少科学的总体规划，重视眼前，忽视中长期发展，资源浪费、环境污染、生态破坏等问题还没有根本解决，造成行业形象不佳；石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的标准化、系列化水平不够，制约了产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html开拓。概括而言，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业对资源的控制力不强，技术创新能力不高，与环境的亲和力较差，市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html营销能力较低，全行业大而不强，缺少核心竞争力。在这样的背景下，“十二五”期间我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业要深入贯彻落实科学发展观，以实现“由大变强”和可持续发展为目标，以促进行业发展方式转变为核心，从以数量型增长为中心转变为以创新效益型增长为中心，从世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大国向石材http://www.stonebuy.com/强国迈进。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群应该加快实现园区化发展和清洁化发展，加强石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源整合和科学布局。
