　　协商会上，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会公布了他们今年年初对福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省内100多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/关于不合理索赔的问卷调查。在受调查的104家中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厂商中，以一年为期，发生不当索赔的有100家，没有发生索赔的才4家。无一家生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/对日方索赔不当表示不在意，37家表示有意见、58家表示强烈不满。索赔内容涉及品质、加工、运输等多个方面。

　　企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/普遍认为，没有明确的验货标准和行业标准，完全凭验货员的个人把握履行对产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/标准检验，有些产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/经买方检验贴上标签后发货到日本用户手上又产生索赔，极大增加了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的生产成本。同时，由于单一工厂处于弱势，为了怕失去客户订单，极不情愿接受，致使索赔案件有增无减。

　　中方企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表呼吁，尽快协商制定墓碑产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/检验标准，要让中国http://www.stonebuy.com生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在验货时有章可循。中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协商会应就国际贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/中存在的不合理索赔的现象加以规范和约束，协商和公布关于索赔的界限、日本翻工返修的基价等有利于双方正常贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/开展的基础和条件。
