　　为企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/搭建交流与合作的平台，促进企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/间的相互学习与借鉴、交流与合作
　　由于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理行业的发展处于刚刚起步阶段，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/规模普遍偏小，分布非常分散，信息沟通不畅，技术水平参差不齐，致使各地区发展不平衡，严重制约了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的发展与技术、管理水平的提高。专委会成立以来针对行业的这种情况在业内开展了一系列的交流活动。
　　1、2008年8月，专委会根据广大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的提议，在郑州召开了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理行业座谈会，来自全国十多个省市的40余家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表参会，代表们总结交流了技术、业务和管理等方面的经验，针对影响行业发展的热点、难点问题展开了热烈的讨论，大家在促进行业的技术进步、加强行业自律、规范行业行为、注重企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/品牌建设、鼓励企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理上档次，质量上水平、倡导企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/间联合、促进行业的持续健康发展等方面达成了共识。座谈会上大家纷纷表示：加强企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/间的学习交流是专委会促进行业发展的一项重要工作，对促进企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的进步和推动行业的发展好处颇多。此次座谈会为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/搭建了一个沟通信息、相互学习、交流合作的平台，时间虽短，但受益匪浅。同时代表们也希望，要向社会宣传我们这个行业，使广大消费者了解我们这个行业，为行业的发展提供良好的外部环境。
　　2、2009年4月，专委会在郑州召开了全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理行业高峰论坛暨第一届石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/展示及技术交流会，本次会议是全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理行业的首次盛会。来自全国各地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的300多位代表参加了会议，同时还举办了有国内20多家知名生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/(包括机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/加工、结晶抛光、防护清洗等产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/)参加的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/展示与技术交流会。

　　3、2009年9月在山东莱州召开了全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用技术研讨会。
　　为了解决石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在应用中存在的技术问题，促进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/与石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/间的交流，提高石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的应用效果，专委会于2009年9月10日~11日在山东省莱州市召开了“全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用技术研讨会”。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理行业的专家和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的代表共60余人参加了会议，就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用技术的有关议题进行研讨与交流。
　　狠抓影响企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/进步的薄弱环节，制定职业标准，起草培训大纲，编制培训教材，为开展职业培训与鉴定工作打下坚实基础
　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工作为特殊工种，早在2003年就得到国家有关部门的认可，当时的国家劳动和社会保障部把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工列入职业大典。但是直到2006年，国家还没有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工的国家职业标准。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理专业委员会自2006年成立以来，在协会的统一安排下，从狠抓行业的基础性工作出发，把制定石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工的国家职业标准作为专委会的一项重要工作。在国家建材行业职业技能鉴定指导中心的具体指导下，专委会组织业内的有关专家开始着手起草石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工国家职业标准。经过近两年的不懈努力，终于在2009年底获得人力资源和社会保障部的批准，并正式作为国家标准颁布实施。
　　在制定国家职业标准的同时，专委会还与北京市建设工程物资协会石材http://www.stonebuy.com/专业委员会合作，组织专家编写培训大纲和培训教材与题库，为开展培训与鉴定工作打下基础。到目前为止，培训教材已经过修订后再版。为了使教材更加规范化，以符合国家职业标准的要求，专委会正在组织专家进行再次修订，预计明年初可完成。
　　组织开展职业培训工作，为企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/培养合格的技术人才
　　从2007年起，到2010年10月止，专委会与各省市协会、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/合作，分别在北京、杭州、郑州、南京、深圳、西安、长沙等地举办了12期职业技能培训班，经考试鉴定合格并取得国家职业资格证书的学员达到500多人，目前这些学员已成为各个企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/重要的技术骨干，促进了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/技术水平的提升。为表彰参与办班的有关协会、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所作的积极贡献，协会和专委会特向他们颁发了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工培训基地证书。
　　为了适应石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/对刚入门职工进行技术培训的需要，为职业技能培训做好人员贮备，专委会还开展了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工的基础性培训，目前已在郑州举办了三期日常护理培训班，共有73人参加了培训，并通过了理论和实操考试。
　　为了鼓励和提高企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/员工学习技术的积极性，专委会经协会批准，制定了从业资格证书管理办法，由中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会对已获得国家职业资格证书的学员和通过基础性培训、经理论实操考试合格的学员颁发从业资格证书。目前，已向近600名学员颁发了从业资格证书。
　　为满足石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业特有工种(石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生产工、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工)职业技能鉴定的需要，受国家建材行业职业技能鉴定指导中心委托，专委会于2009年11月30~12月2日在河南省郑州市组织举办了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理工考评员资格培训班，有46人参加了培训，并经考试合格，由国家建材行业职业技能鉴定指导中心颁发人力资源和社会保障部统一印制的考评人员证卡。
　　开展企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质申报和评定工作，促进企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理水平的提升
　　为了提升石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的管理水平，协会决定在全行业开展企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质申报和评定工作。首先从2009年起在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中开展试点工作。根据协会统一安排，专委会起草了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/申报和评审办法和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质等级标准，经过反复征求意见后于2009年正式颁布实施。在会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/积极申报的基础上，2010年初专委会组织专家根据标准进行了认真评审，全行业首批共29家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/获得企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质，其中：2级资质21家，3级资质8家。
　　为了使符合条件的会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/能够及时申报资质等级，经协会批准，专委会决定将石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质申报和评定工作常态化，即：符合条件的会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/每年都可以申报资质等级，每年的12月31日为申报截止日期。专委会于次年2月底前组织专家评审。今年的申报工作已经开始。

　　为了规范石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的经营行为，促进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理行业的健康有序发展，向社会推荐信誉可靠的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，为各项建筑工程的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用提供优质可靠的服务，专委会成立以来，对会员和广大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实行登记备案制，利用协会网站-中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/之窗建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/登记备案网页，所有登记备案企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/全部上网。同时在该网页上建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资信库，对企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的资信情况进行登记。要求会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必须参加登记备案，非会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自愿参加登记备案。
　　发挥行业组织的作用，协助会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/解决生产经营方面的问题，为广大社会消费者提供技术咨询服务
　　专委会成立4年以来，多次应会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的要求，协助企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/解决生产经营中遇到的困难和问题。同时，应建筑施工单位或业主方的邀请，对一些在建工程或已投入使用建筑的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用中出现的问题，先后派专家到北京、合肥、廊坊、深圳、东莞、青岛等地的工程现场和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供技术咨询服务，受到了施工单位和业主方的好评。
　　加强专委会的组织建设
　　专委会成立以来，通过开展培训、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质评定、交流等活动，以及通过媒体向社会宣传，不断扩大会员队伍，从2006年专委会成立到现在的四年来共吸收石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/82家。另外根据专委会开展业务的需要和地域的分布，经协会研究决定，专委会专家组共增补了专家七名、特聘顾问一名(故宫博物院古文物专家陆寿麟先生)。增强了专家组的实力，调动了各方面的积极性，扩大了专委会在行业中的影响。目前专委会的工作越来越受到业内广大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和社会的广泛关注。
　　当问及新一届专委会今后几年的工作重点时，王炳忠表示，新一届专委会将继续把为会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/服务、促进行业发展作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点，重点下大力做好以下工作：
　　在制修订教材的基础上继续深入开展培训工作，2011年争取举办首期高级工、项目经理培训班，并为开办技师班做好准备;在总结经验的基础上继续在会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中开展企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资质申报和评定工作;加强宣传工作，除利用协会网站宣传外，建立中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理网，作为中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用护理专业委员会的官方网站;继续开展行业和企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/间的交流活动，包括举办峰会、技术交流会、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/展示会、论坛等各种对会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有益的活动;发挥行业组织作用，面向业内外开展技术咨询服务;在专委会统一领导下，按照企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的专业分类，成立若干专业工作小组，有针对性地开展工作;继续加强组织建设，不断壮大会员队伍。
