2010年9月15日，中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会和南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府在福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市共同组织召开了福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工程学院（暂定名）出资人会议，环球石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团、康利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团、万隆集团、东升石业公司、华辉石业公司、东星集团、新鹏飞实业公司、英良石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团、惠泉美居投资公司、顺发实业公司和宏星石材http://www.stonebuy.com/公司等11家出资企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/共同签署了联合办学协议书，成立了福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工程学院（暂定名）股东会，选举产生了以环球石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团总裁朱新胜为董事长的第一届董事会。中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会会长邹传胜、副会长兼秘书长刘建华和南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府副市长李清安、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会副会长兼秘书长郭经伟等有关方面领导出席了会议，并见证了联合办学协议书的签署。
　　发起筹建我国首所石材http://www.stonebuy.com/学院 ，是在我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业 快速发展，后续人才相对匮乏，不能适应行业发展要求的背景下，以康利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团和环球石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团为代表的大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/纷纷向中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会建议，有必要组建为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业培养专业技术人才的学校。中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会对此建议非常重视，经与南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府协商，联合福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会、环球石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团、康利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团，于2009年12月7日在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市召开了推进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/职业学校筹办工作会议，确定由中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会、环球石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团和康利石材http://www.stonebuy.com/集团等六家单位共同发起创办石材http://www.stonebuy.com/职业学校，成立了创办学校前期工作推进组。随后，推进组开展了创办学校的前期调研和筹划，提出了创办学校的基本思路、经济效益分析报告和股权设置建议书。2010年6月18日，六家发起单位在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市再次召开推进工作会议，初步确定创办学校定位为以培养石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业实用型高级技术人员（技师）为主要目的，兼为现有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/员工提供短期培训的高等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/职业学校；决定首期出资6000万元作为学校注册资金，校址选择在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇。此后，经中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会和南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市人民政府的精心组织，业内骨干企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/积极响应，以上11家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/纷纷表达了出资意愿，按不同比例认购了学校筹建首期6000万元股权，成为了福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工程学院（暂定名）股东。
　　至此，我国首所石材http://www.stonebuy.com/学院筹建工作正式启动。这标志着我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业的发展将进入一个着眼长远、重视教育、团结合作的新阶段，也将成为我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业发展新的里程碑。
