      行业整顿还将持续

      据了解，晋江、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/和安溪等县（市、区）是此次整治的重点区域，全市已经取缔的800多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，分别有410家、293家分布在晋江和南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/。“春节前，个别区域还有一批企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要取缔。”市经委有关人士称。此外，安溪、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/境内有30多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/矿山已被取缔。

      作为重要石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工区域，晋江有600多家建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，主要分布在永和、东石、英林、内坑、磁灶、龙湖、安海等镇。经过对建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和个体户数量、规模、生产状况和拟进入集中加工区的建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/规模的调查摸底，有410家证照不全或位于饮用水源一、二级保护区、安平桥流域、九十九溪流域、南低干渠流域和其他居住密集区周边，属于关闭对象。此次长时段跨度整治过程中，410家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/被查封、关停。同时，有关部门也加大对企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的监管力度，责令手续齐备、地处强制关闭区域以外的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/严格按照治污要求，进一步完善和规范环保设施，对整改不到位的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/予以强制关闭。晋江立案查处一二十家污染治理设施建设、运行不到位的违法排污企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，处以百万元罚款。

      面临“生死线”考验

      据介绍，建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业进行综合整治，就是要加大淘汰落后产能力度，加大治污设施建设力度。在这次洗牌中，众多石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的命运各有不同。有关政策明确规定，2009年底前，对沿晋江、洛阳江流域和水库、国道、省道、高速公路、铁路等禁采区范围内，现有矿山以及非禁采区所有无证、未达到最小开采规模的矿山（矿点）取缔关闭；对无证生产、审批手续不全、无污染治理设施、未实现“零排放”、单机锯片在3片（大片）及以下、锯机在2台及以下的建筑饰面石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，实施关闭、拆除设备。
