从即日起至2010年底，石狮市将在全市范围内全面开展建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业（含建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、矿山采石点）专项整治。

　　此次专项整治将全面排查石狮市建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/环境保护情况，查清建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/污染治理设施及主要污染物排放情况，严肃查处企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/违法建设、超标排放、偷（漏）排等违法行为。检查范围包括石狮市辖区内矿山采石点和建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。

　　根据方案，石狮市将严格控制建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/矿山开采，明确划定禁采区和限采区，禁止在沿内沟河、沿溪一重山范围内开山采石；禁采区范围内现有矿山，应立即取缔关闭、停止供电。同时，根据企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的集中程度，建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区，建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区及区内污水应集中建设处理设施、配套污水管网、中水回用系统，并于2010年8月份前完成相配套的堆渣场的建设规划、布点、选址、规模和建成投运等。现有建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按计划于2010年8月底前搬迁进入加工集中区，对未按规定时限搬迁进入加工集中区的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按相关的法律、法规给予严肃处理。此外，矿山开采企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必须严格落实水土保持、生态恢复措施，现有废弃石料、石渣堆放场应于2009年底前完成覆土和植被绿化；制定建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工总量削减措施，不属于建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中区配套建设的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/堆渣场，于2010年底前封场、完成覆土绿化，并对建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实施差别电价。
