　　“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/对外贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/虽然也受到了金融危机的冲击，在今年年初出现了一些负增长，但总体而言，今年1~9月份还是同比增长了7%。保守估计，今年全年南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易量将增长5%以上。”南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市副市长李天居介绍说。

　　企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”有利于促进自身利益的提高，基于此，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/近年来加快了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”的步伐。

　　据李天居介绍，“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/现有20多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在海外投资办厂。今年就有5家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在迪拜办厂。”

　　目前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/60%的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/靠进口，为了不让石材http://www.stonebuy.com/原料价格受制于人，李天居透露，“南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市鼓励石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/跟国外合作开发矿山或独资开发国外矿山。”

　　“不过，到国外投资办厂也会遇到很多难题。”李天居坦言企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”的路并非一帆风顺。

　　考虑到中国http://www.stonebuy.com人在国外投资频繁遇到的法律、政策壁垒，李天居呼吁，在对外投资方面，我国政府部门要多帮助企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/出面与国外相关部门交涉。

　　“上半年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/组织了55家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/到中东举办展销会，使中国http://www.stonebuy.com石企在该地区的销量猛增35%。在出口http://en.stonebuy.com/欧美市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html相对疲软的情况下，中东市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html很好地弥补了这一损失。下半年，我们还准备到巴西、中国http://www.stonebuy.com台湾地区举办石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展。”李天居说，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/“走出去”跟国外经销商面对面很有必要。

　　上半年带队到卡塔尔展销的经历使李天居深深感觉到，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/跟世界其他地方的交流还是太少。他说，以往南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/大多是通过贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/商中转，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和终端代理商之间并不了解，有着一层很深的隔阂。通过到出口http://en.stonebuy.com/国办展销会，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/已经成功出口http://en.stonebuy.com/到了包括俄罗斯、巴西及中东在内的30多个国家和地区。2008年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/全年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进口总量395万吨，占全国进口总量60%；出口http://en.stonebuy.com/总量635万吨，占全国出口http://en.stonebuy.com/总量的55%。

　　李天居称，“目前，我市共有135家石粉碎石综合利用企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其中规模以上企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/41家，拥有5个省级石材http://www.stonebuy.com/循环经济试点园区和企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，年可利用石粉100万吨，碎石110万吨，石粉和碎石综合利用率分别达65%和90%。”为了减少石粉污染，变废为宝，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市已有企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/利用石粉生产出了石粉砖，“这种砖不仅重量轻，而且隔热效果好。由于受民众传统使用习惯的影响，加上对黏土砖打击力度不够，石粉砖也遭遇推广难问题。”
