    数据显示，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市规模以上石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/实现污水零排放，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业能耗为每万元工业增加值0.43吨标准煤。共有135家石粉碎石综合利用企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其中规模以上企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/41家，拥有5个省级循环经济试点园区和企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，基本消除了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业产生的环境污染。

    2005年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市部分政协委员提交了《关于对石粉开发利用、变废为宝的扶持力度》建议案，并促成每年100万元的石粉、碎石综合利用发展专项基金。4年来，这一举措发挥了“四两拨千斤”效应，在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业掀起了循环经济热。

    为加快石粉、碎石综合利用技术的研发，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市与同济大学共同组建了建筑材料技术开发中心，进行技术攻关。同时，积极引导石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向工业集中区聚集，并加大执法力度，对达不到环保要求的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/坚决采取停电停产措施。积极引导石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向规模化、品牌化方向发展，提高准入门槛，将新建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最低投资额提高到3000万元。

    在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业循环经济展示区，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/鹏翔岗石公司负责人告诉记者，公司今年推出的绿色人造岗石系列产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，全部用回收的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/废料加工而成，在实现循环利用的同时，还保持了产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/不含辐射，从原料到产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/全程绿色处理。

    在明超石业公司，记者看到，公司生产用水全部采用回收地下水。企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/投产当年就建好了污水回收利用系统，每年可以节省用水3000多吨。与明超石业公司一样，众多南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/通过科技创新、技术改造，自觉地承担起治污的社会责任。

    目前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/已涌现出国能建材、莱特建材、协进陶瓷、鹏翔岗石、南星大理石等众多循环经济示范企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，全市靠“吃”石粉、碎石的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已超过100家。在这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的带动下，昔日被视为白色污染物的边角料，如今成为抢手的“香饽饽”。
