      5月17日至20日，根据云南省政府、省政协主要领导的指示和要求，省政协秘书长车志敏带领省政协“三石”产业发展调研组到福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/学习考察石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展情况。调研组考察了福州、泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、厦门等地，走访了当地政府、政协、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商会和当地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/龙头企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。他指出，云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/拥有丰富的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源，突出的区位优势，具有得天独厚的发展条件，我们要认真学习福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展较好地区的先进经验，为云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展献计出力。


      19日上午，车志敏秘书长一行到福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/惠安崇武镇、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇进行了重点学习考察，听取了崇武、水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇政府，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商会和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/负责人的情况介绍，并深入石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工车间考察了企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产情况。

      在对福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的学习考察结束后，车志敏秘书长提出，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展迅速，市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html规模不断扩大，产值不断提高，呈现出繁荣发展的良好局面。福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业的发展积累了丰富的经验，值得云南认真学习借鉴。这些年，在省委、省政府的高度重视下，云南省石产业获得了很大的发展，但由于多方面的因素，还存在着资源勘察工作滞后、开发管理科学化程度低、缺少龙头企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、产业规模小等影响石产业进一步发展的困难和问题。今年，云南省政协把包括石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业在内的“三石”产业发展调研，作为年度重点调研之一，目的就是要通过深入把握云南石产业发展情况，通过学习石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展先进省区市的经验，向省委、政府提出具有战略性、前瞻性和可操作性的意见建议，为促进云南石产业大发展，推动我省经济社会又好又快发展作出积极的贡献。
