      奇台县北塔山有一片金色的宝地，在长200公里、宽30公里的范围内，蕴藏着以菊黄色为主的10亿吨花岗岩，它们是生产各种成型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的上等原料。然而，它们却沉睡了亿万年，让世人真正认识到它巨大的潜在价值也只是近几年的事。2006年，奇台县规划了城西石材http://www.stonebuy.com/园区，到现在已投入资金500多万元完成了道路、电力、通讯、供水等基础设施建设。城西石材http://www.stonebuy.com/园区平台的搭建，吸引了上海金博、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/大华、新疆广汇等24家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/入驻园区，掘金石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。目前，奇台县已有5家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/投入生产，年加工石材http://www.stonebuy.com/240万平方米，年产值突破2.2亿元，生产的“卡拉麦里金”石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/畅销北京、上海、杭州等全国各地。其它的9家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/正在建设的有5家，另外14家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/将于2009年动工兴建。奇台县计划用三年左右的时间，使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/年加工能力达到600万平方米的规模，产值超过6亿元，将奇台打造成我国花岗岩石材http://www.stonebuy.com/主产区。
