　　孙万坤在回答记者关于目前莱州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业发展的现状如何，政府在做大做强石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业中如何发挥作用时说：近年来，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构调整的步伐明显加快并取得了成效。2007年高附加值、深加工的异形石材http://www.stonebuy.com/及工艺石材http://www.stonebuy.com/已占全市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/总产量的27%以上，莱州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业结构发生了质的变化，生产的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/已经改变了以往板材单一的局面，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/丰富多样化、多元化，从大板到规格板、薄板、曲线、台面、圆孤板；从高难度拼花、壁炉、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/家具到日式、美式、欧式墓碑；从中式雕刻到西洋式雕刻；近几年又开发了微晶石、人造石、超薄石材http://www.stonebuy.com/蜂窝板材，使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/深加工技术跨进一大步。

　　但是我们也应该看到，山东省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构调整的力度和深度与福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/等地相比还远远不够，与国内先进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/相比还存在着较大差距。产业链还需进一步拉长，应逐渐向专、精、尖产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/转换。

　　尽管近几年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/技术装备水平不断提高，但尚有一半以上的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量为落后工艺技术装备所生产。以过度消费资源、污染环境为代价，换取产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/数量的增长，量大面广的小石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/矿山开采以原始开采为主，资源浪费严重，其石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源利用率仅为20%~30%，板材加工质量较低，环保设施不健全。这种粗放型的增长方式尚未真正转变，过度依赖资源，不顾环境污染的问题仍然是摆在全行业面前的严肃而重大的课题。

　　政府机构面临着调整产业结构的重任，产业结构调整是否合理，是莱州乃至山东石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业能否走出困境的关键。有以下几点需要做好：

　　（2）鼓励发展循环经济，培植一批新型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工和废渣综合利用企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。根据产业情况，积极引导部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/转向人造石、异形、石雕石刻等附加值高、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/档次高的生产领域，拉长产业链，提升竞争力。也可以通过引进国内外新型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/来优化产业结构。
