关于联合开展2008年度浙江石材强强企业评选的通知

　　一、评选条件：

　　1、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在一切生产经营活动中严格执行国家的向相关法规、条例、国家或行业标准，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/活动诚信可靠。

　　2、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有一定规模，生产设备齐全、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理规范、技术力量雄厚、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html营销效率高，并具有一定的知名度。

　　3、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在2008年产量、质量、产值、税收、安全生产等能达到下表要求：（会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按照评选条件自行选择参评类别，唯一个企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最多只能申报两个。）

　　4、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/曾多次受到当地或省、市县主管部门表彰，荣获先进、AAA级企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、诚信企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、先进企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、纳税大户、质量信得过等奖励称号，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及工程质量无投诉，工程无事故的。

　　5、企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在制度创新、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/创新上有自己的特色，在省内有一定的影响力及知名度。

　　二、评选程序：

　　1、由企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向商会、协会提出申请，按所发的表格规定内容如实填报，并征得当地主管（税务或工商部门）认可后，于10月10日前邮回或传真商会、协会办公室（地址：杭州天目山路18号南三号楼四楼，电话：0571-88807537 88080324，传真：88080324 邮编：310007）

　　由评选单位组织相关人员赴企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/进行实地（或通讯）方式进行一定程序的考察、咨询，核对相关情况。

　　由评选组对企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/申报材料，经现场（或通讯）核查情况进行审议、筛选，提出分类评选企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/名单。

　　协会秘书处对评选企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/进行汇总，交评选单位会长办公会议审定核准、公告。

　　相关费用：评选不收费用，唯需收取公告、媒体宣传费等合计人民币3000元。
