2月29日，是南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/寿溪沿岸355家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/污染整治的最后期限。当天，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/专项整治执法组一行马不停蹄，对寿溪沿岸石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/深入明查暗访。从南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市环保局获悉，今年年底前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/将关闭取缔全市范围内无工商营业执照、无环保审批手续、无用地审批手续等“三无”石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，完成全市1700多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/污染整治工作。 www.stonebuy.com
　　去年10月底至11月初，由南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/环保部门组成的三个综合执法组和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/专项整治执法组与各乡镇配合，完成对全市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业的调查摸底，登记造册。调查显示，位于水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇安平桥周边、石井镇后店溪汇水区、康美镇梅溪流域，寿溪沿岸等重点区域以及其他地段的1700多家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/污染需要进行专项整治。为此，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/下发了《石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业污染专项整治工作方案》，明确提出，要实现石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/产生的废水全部实现循环回用、不外排、石粉石碴等固定废弃物实现统一清运、集中填埋处置。
　　从南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市环保局获悉，截至昨日，位于水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇安平桥周边的66家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、石井镇后店溪汇水区的164家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、康美镇梅溪流域的70家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、寿溪沿岸所有355家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/基本如期完成整治工作。一批石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/整治并经环保部门检查通过后，重新恢复生产。
　　在加强整治的同时，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/提高行业准入门槛，明确规定把好环评审批关，所有新建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必须建在工业集中区内并投资规模达到3000万元以上。往日，水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/、石井众多石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产出来的石粉、碎石随地倾倒，现在“白色垃圾”有了更好的去处。水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/镇后房村和江崎村的两个占地达600亩的石粉、碎石处置场已经投入使用，石井院下村大围石粉填埋场二期工程和老港村石粉填埋场也已建成并投入使用，四个处置场年新增容纳石粉能力600万立方米。此外，以莱特建材、中节投等石粉利用项目为主的一批企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/将石粉、碎石“变废为宝”，每年可回收利用50万吨。www.stonebuy.com
