4日下午，温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会将举行换届大会暨年会。从2000年7月1日成立至今，温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会已经走过了8个年头，该协会也由当初的一家小协会，发展成为在温州乃至浙江石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业都颇具影响力的协会。据不完全统计，温州市的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/近千家，去年产销额达到20亿元，占全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产销额总量的四分之一。近几年来，温州的民营石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/通过调整产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构，强化企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/管理，初步改变了规模小、档次低、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/单调、设备陈旧的落后面貌，得到了长足的进步。

     石材http://www.stonebuy.com/是建筑工程中应用最广泛的材料之一，温州因为拥有丰富的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源，众多的花色品种，悠久的生产历史，健全的销售网络，在全国具有一定的影响力。目前，温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要分布在鹿城、瓯海、永嘉、瑞安、乐清、平阳、泰顺等地。大罗山的花岗岩矿石、瑞安梅屿的矿石、洞头县大门镇的“大门红”矿石等矿石资源在全国都有一定的影响力。www.stonebuy.com

     据温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会老会长徐筱区介绍，温州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有近千家，大多数是民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，去年的产销额达到20亿元，占了全省的四分之一，但是，温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/还有部分处于“低、小、散”状态，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/档次有待进一步提高，在矿山开发、产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html开发、规划管理及开采加工诸多方面还相对落后。

     “温州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业异军突起，是因为这些民营石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抓住机遇，开拓创新，从各自的实际出发，努力开拓，不断进取。”温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会秘书长张绍光说，这位在建筑材料行业有着36年从业经历的专家，从生产经营模式分析，为温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/做了几大划分。

     以温州瓯海丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/为代表的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/创汇型企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，2006年，丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/销售额达8000多万元，比1989年创业初期增长100多倍，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/名列全省第一，自2006年至今，共出口http://en.stonebuy.com/花岗石板材68万平方米，形成了“出口http://en.stonebuy.com/—创汇—再投资”的发展模式；过去，温州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业科技含量比较低，现在这种状况正在逐渐改变，温州的麦克辛石业有限公司，经过多年的艰辛探索，攻克了超薄石材http://www.stonebuy.com/复合板的技术难关，生产科技含量高的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/蜂窝复合板，是以科技为依托发展的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的代表。

     另外，根据张绍光的介绍，温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，还有以工程为依托的，温州城市建设、重点工程及房地产开发快速发展，这些让石材http://www.stonebuy.com/民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大显身手；以市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html为依托的，温州的建材市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html活跃，除了专业的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html以外，许多综合性的建材市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html、装饰城、大型建材超市等都是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/经销的天地；以家装为依托的、以新产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/为依托的、以矿山为依托的、以专利为依托的，温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/发展之路非常多，可以说全面开花。news.stonebuy.com

     换届面临新机遇

     谁将会是温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会新一任的会长，这个悬念也许到今天下午才能揭晓，但是，秘书长张绍光告诉记者，目前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会里面呼声最高的是丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的徐永飞。“只见星星不见月亮”，浙江省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会曾经这样评价过温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会，其意思是说温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/非常多，但是真正做强做大的不多，所以没有月亮。张绍光表示，现在这种状况已经改变了，温州石材http://www.stonebuy.com/界已经涌现出像徐永飞这样的领军人物。

     徐永飞曾经在国家粮油部门工作过，1989年下海，开始做石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生意。1994年，徐永飞在温州南白象征用8亩土地，创办了温州市瓯海丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/厂，丽磊成了徐永飞的品牌。最初，徐永飞在温州承接了广场、大楼、公寓酒店以及别墅等几百个石材http://www.stonebuy.com/装饰工程，由于质量优良，“丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”的信誉度、美誉度日益提高。

     徐永飞告诉记者，那几年温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业竞争非常激烈，如果想企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有新的发展，必须另辟蹊径。1999年，徐永飞选择了出口http://en.stonebuy.com/这条道路，率先与葡萄牙商人合作，在里斯本注册成立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进出口http://en.stonebuy.com/公司，到2005年底，“丽磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”出口http://en.stonebuy.com/额已经达到1300万美元，占浙江省出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/总额的一半，名列浙江省第一。

     2003年，对于徐永飞来说是关键的一年。这一年，他在江苏昆山的淀山湖民营开发区征地120亩，投资8000多万元，组建了五洲石业有限公司，2006年4月，公司正式投产，当年销售额就达到3500万元。pic.stonebuy.com

     徐永飞是一个非常热心的人，他也是昆山温州商会的副会长，他表示，此次参加温州市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/协会的选举，是希望能为温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业做点贡献，带领温州的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业向更健康、更良性的方向发展。
