     通过《福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业营销联盟合约》。福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会在第二届会员代表大会通过了《福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业营销联盟合约》，并向全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业在全国各地的分公司发出《福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业营销联盟登记表》，初步做好调研摸底等基础工作。www.stonebuy.com

     成立福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/上海营销联盟组织，筹备北京营销联盟组织。2006年4月，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会在组织企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参加上海国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展会期间进行调研，8月份与上海石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会联合召开福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/上海营销联盟成立大会，闽沪30多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参加营销联盟组织，推选了理事会领导成员，逐步建立健全了运作机构和工作细则。2006年3月在北京国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展会期间，协会组织福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/部分在京设立营销机构的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/召开座谈会，并与北京石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会联合，共同组织成立北京石材http://www.stonebuy.com/营销联盟筹备小组。

     大力打造厦门、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/、惠安国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博览会平台。协会从2001年以来均作为厦门、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/和惠安国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博览会的协办单位，积极配合展会主办单位，组织全省企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参展，同时协助邀请港、澳、台石材http://www.stonebuy.com/同业组织及省外企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/参展。厦门、南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展会经过7年来的打造，目前已分别成为国内最具影响力的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/专业展会之一，惠安石雕展会也成为全国最大的石雕专业展会。

     组织企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/应对反倾销工作。2005年美国对我国出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的金刚石工具提起反倾销诉讼，2006年土耳其对我出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/提出反倾销，协会积极组织全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/应对，在应对反倾销工作中取得成效，巩固了市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

     提出部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的指导价。2006年11月份由于出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税及美元下跌等综合因素，对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html带来很大的影响。省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会组织全省9个行业协会在泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/召开研讨座谈会，会议通过了提高部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/价格协议，并向全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和经销商发出倡议书。协会组织厦门市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商会及企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在调研主要产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出厂价格的基础上，对主要出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/和主要矿山品种，提出部分出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/平均成本价格。维护行业有序公平竞争，促进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/平稳有序发展。

     与日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业进行高峰对话，组织协调提高出口http://en.stonebuy.com/价格。福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会关于提高部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/价格的倡议在国内外公布后，引起很大的反响。2006年3月份在厦门国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博览会期间，协会组织国内30多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，与日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业协会、株式会社等30多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业界共80多人坐在一起联合召开“2007中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/高峰座谈会”。双方达成共识，日方对中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/提高10％价格表示理解和接受。这是我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业与日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/同业协会举行的首次高峰座谈会。

     成立福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/营销联盟组织。2007年7月14日，为应对国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html及规范出口http://en.stonebuy.com/营销行为，经过半年调研和筹备，全省41家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/往厦门成立福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/营销联盟组织。同时，对进口产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/如石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料等，也将逐步成立相关的联盟组织。news.stonebuy.com

     积极应对部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/取消出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税的工作。2006年9月份，由于国家采取宏观调控政策，对部分产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/取消出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会在中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会的指导下，及时向省有关部门建议，暂缓取消部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税，省政府及相关部门十分重视，大力支持协调。2006年11月份国家相关部门颁发了82号文，保留了部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的退税。同时，协会积极引导企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/进一步调整产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/结构，发展高附加值深加工的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，减轻部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/取消出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税对企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/造成的影响，在行业中取得很好的成效。

     为行业技术进步做好服务。受中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会和海关总署委托，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会承担修订石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/税则号和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/单耗标准目录，目前石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/单耗标准已上报国家商务部相海关等部门进行审订，使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/单耗产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/标准规范。2006年5月和8月，协会积极向国标委请求，并两次致函国家及省有关部门，要求国标委将全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/标委会分技术委员会设在福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/，10月11日在全省标准和标准化工作会议上，国家标准委正式授牌福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省成立全国首个《全国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/标准化技术委员会管理规范和应用技术及规范分技术委员会》，加快行业标准化进程秘书处由省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会承担。

     2006年7月，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会与国家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/质检中心联合，在南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/水头http://www.shicai.com.cn/举办全国首次石材http://www.stonebuy.com/薄板、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/干挂等3个标准的宣贯，40多家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/80多人参加，培训取得很好的效果。
