　　张弘力说，“十一五”期间，财政部将进一步健全对中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的税收支持体系，有关政策将逐步实现由扶弱济困向培育市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html竞争力转移。

　　他表示，新的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所得税法在明年起实施后，将按25%的征收比例统一各类企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/税负，对符合条件的小型微利企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/采取适当优惠政策，减按20%的税率征收企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所得税，为中小企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/与大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在一个起跑线上平等竞争创造条件。www.stonebuy.com
