　　记者向不少业内人士求证此事，得到肯定答复。一位参与此项目的泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/老板也向早报记者证实了此事的真实性，还透露该建材物流中心正在准备前期建设。

　　对于此次泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/老板入股建材物流中心，业内人士表示此举有利于泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在国内的销售。据了解，目前天津滨海新区已有近百家资产上千万元的建材企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/扎根。

　　全国工商联石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业商会副秘书长黄凯分析说，天津是华北地区的一个重要城市，不仅是北方陆路交通咽喉，也是北地入海的重要通道。他认为，通过天津，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/销售可以辐射北京、河北、山西、内蒙古、山东等地，而且，由于天津临近渤海湾，通过海运或者便捷的陆路交通，泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/也能销往东北市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。
