　　中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业协会会长邹传胜表示，中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业呈现“五高”、“六低”态势，即产量高，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/数量高，从业人数高，资源与能源消耗高，环境污染高；而劳动生产率低，集约化程度低，科技含量低，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/性能低，市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html应变能力低，经济效益低。如果石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业再走这样粗放的发展道路，将使中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源和产业发展遭遇“灭顶之灾”。  

　　为保护资源，去年底中国http://www.stonebuy.com政府取消了对一般石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税，仅对加工贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/和附加值高的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/仍保留退税政策。  

　　专家认为，新政策的实施，将促使中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业结构性的升级，除了增加原料进口外，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/未来也将在资源综合利用、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/深度加工及差异化竞争等新领域展开竞争，这一过程将给外资提供包括资源、技术等多方面的合作机会。
