      中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/网：首先祝贺张教授前些日子当选为2005年度CISE中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业十大风云人物，也是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护行业里唯一的入选人。张教授从事石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护研究多年，一定对这个行业有着独特的见解，请您谈谈这些见解。

      张秉坚：谢谢！我算不上什么风云人物，只是推动中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护行业技术发展的学者之一。

      二十多年来，随着我国建筑业的大发展，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业日异兴盛。装饰石材http://www.stonebuy.com/以其不可替代的优势，已经成为继水泥和钢材之后的第三大建筑材料，国内几乎所有的大型建筑都或多或少地采用了装饰石材http://www.stonebuy.com/,大大提高了建筑物的品位。在装饰石材http://www.stonebuy.com/广泛普及的同时，各种问题也逐渐暴露出来:

      例如：在十至二十年前,国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/安装主要采用水泥砂浆湿法粘贴，没有对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进行任何防护处理。由此，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面的水斑、白华和锈斑等病变现象比比皆是。随着化学防护材料和新的安装工艺的出现，预防病变的方法正在逐步推广,但是一些安装施工队 伍对新材料的使用掌握不好，导致各种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/病变仍在不断出现；

      又如:清洗是治理石材http://www.stonebuy.com/病变的最经济便捷的方法,但是大部分保洁队伍都是近些年才开始转向或兼顾石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的清洗和维护，他们对不同石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的特点往往认识不足，对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/专用清洗材料的使用方法掌握不好，不仅旧的病变难以祛除，还不时造成新的病变；

      再如:使用防护剂是预防石材http://www.stonebuy.com/病变的最简便的方法，但是，在宣传和推广“防胜于治”的理念时，一些劣质防护剂乘机泛滥，经常可以见到由于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/防护剂选择和使用不当造成的各种病变现象，例如更严重的水斑现象、大面积泛黄或泛白现象等；

      为了解决石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用中出现的这些问题，一个新的具有独特内涵的产业链逐渐形成，其主要业务包括:

      1、对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进行“防护”，预防石材http://www.stonebuy.com/病变的发生；

      2、对使用中的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进行日常“维护”，以维持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的装饰效果；

      3、对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的病变进行“治理”,以清除各种影响装饰效果的污迹和斑痕等；

      4、对现场或非现场的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进行“表面处理”，以提高石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的装饰效果或增加新的功能等等。

      简单地说，就是以两“护”（防护和维护）和两“理”（治理和表面处理）为核心内容，涵盖石材http://www.stonebuy.com/安装前后各种相关技术、工程和商品的产业。简称“石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理”或称“石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护”业。

      张秉坚：随着社会的发展，人们对石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的装饰效果要求越来越高。原来观念上可以容忍的一些接缝剪口不平，现在已不能容忍；原来只要求局部平整，现在必须磨抛至整体水平光洁；原来想要更换的旧石材http://www.stonebuy.com/装饰，现在改为翻新石材http://www.stonebuy.com/；原来仅仅是平面磨抛，现在要做仿古表面和防滑表面，原来难以翻新的外墙非光滑立面，现在要求用粒子喷射更新，等等。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/翻新市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html高速增长。

      由于石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面晶硬化处理技术发展迅速，镜面光泽效果明显，今后需做晶硬化处理的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html就更大，大部分大理石地面（除一些保持打蜡的个别现象外）和部分花岗石地面都可能进入这个市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。
      在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护的其他方面也蕴涵着巨大的商机，例如：各种具有凹凸艺术效果表面的制作；石材http://www.stonebuy.com/外墙复杂立面的整体翻新；广场、车库等公共场所石材http://www.stonebuy.com/地坪的防油和防口香糖；石材http://www.stonebuy.com/外墙的防涂鸦；石材http://www.stonebuy.com/表面整体或局部的增色、改色；劣化石材http://www.stonebuy.com/装饰面的修复和增强处理；非标特种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的表面处理；古石质建筑和大型石雕刻的清洗整理和修复等等。目前在这些方面还只是翻新工程中的一些个别项目，随着相关的新材料、新技术和新设备的开发，这些领域的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html潜力必将会逐渐释放出来，成为石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护业的重要领域。

      张秉坚：护理材料和设备的国产化及产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/更新换代的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html需求十分广阔。目前，多数高档石材http://www.stonebuy.com/防护剂、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/晶硬处理剂主要来自国外品牌或由国外原料加工；石材http://www.stonebuy.com/清洗剂的一些重要品种也主要由国外厂商提供；高品质的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/打磨翻新机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/主要依靠进口；微粒子喷射和激光清洗机等高端设备国内还没有成型产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/等等。

      不过我坚信，我国如此巨大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的护理材料和设备主要依靠国外的现象绝对不会长久。尽管我国的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/化工产业和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/护理机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/制造业的起步较晚，但近几年来已经有了明显的改变，如各种石材http://www.stonebuy.com/防护剂、清洗剂、晶硬剂、保养剂、胶粘剂、增强剂、着色剂、仿古刻蚀剂、磨料和磨块等材料正在逐步国产化；翻新护理机械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/从模仿到改良也正在迅速提高质量。预计国产护理材料和一般护理设备将在十年之内以其价廉物美的优势占领大部分国内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，形成一批名牌产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/。中国http://www.stonebuy.com产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/抢占全世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的时期已经不太遥远了。
