石材大省急需走出去

规模因素时机企业利润

　　16日从山东省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会第五届会员代表大会暨中国http://www.stonebuy.com（平邑）国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城推介会上获悉，目前国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业界相互压价严重，利润极其微薄，加上宏观经济环境变化等因素，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业压力陡增，作为国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业大省的山东，急需走出国门，以摆脱被动局面。

　　石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业是山东建材工业的主要产业，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/创汇、规模工业产值、产量在全国仅次于福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/，居全国第二位。但近几年，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业竞争日渐激烈，国内企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/广打价格战，省内企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/面临日益严峻的局面。在平邑国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城，记者见到了山东靓丽建材有限公司的总经理邢美丽，她10月份刚在广州参加了广交会，感触良多。她说：“广交会上国内参展商在外国客商面前相互叫价，利润无几。比如，珍珠花石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，你叫价8美元/平方米，他叫价7美元/平方米，基本都是在赔本作生意。”

　　与此同时，国家从9月份开始取消出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退税优惠政策，税收力度大幅提高，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/经营成本增加；欧盟正对包括建材行业在内的中国http://www.stonebuy.com 企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/展开安全、用工、缴纳社会保险等方面的调查，面临反倾销的风险；加上人民币升值、矿山环保要求的提高、国土资源对开采的控制等因素，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业面临前所未有的困境。news-www.stonebuy.com

　　山东石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会秘书长周克继表示：面对国内日趋严峻的产业形势，山东石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业尽快走出去，是一条摆脱困境的好路子。早出国门的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已经尝到了“甜头”。山东靓丽建材有限公司从1997年成立之初就开始从事国际贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/，现在已成为长江之北最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/进出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，每月有200个集装箱的国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/运到国内，国际市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html开拓也取得重大战果，目前在阿联酋有3个分公司，澳大利亚和意大利也各建有分公司。省建材办有关人士透露，目前国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html非常看好，除了中东，像非洲、中亚、俄罗斯、东南亚等新兴市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，也充满商机，日本、韩国仍然是亚洲最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html；欧美传统市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html需求稍减，但美国、德国、法国、意大利、西班牙等国的需求依然不小。

　　目前，国家对走出去的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/出台很多优惠措施，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/走出去面临很好的时机。但也有很多问题值得注意。周克继表示，国内石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/走出去必须瞄准高端市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，因为低端市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html价格利润狭小。像山东靓丽建材有限公司，做得都是高端市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，从石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工到设计到装修，全是一条龙服务，这是其成功所在。在加工方面，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/则要努力向深加工、高附加值方向发展。他提醒，“走出去”的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要避免和贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/中间商联系，现在有些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/走出去之所以赚不到钱，正是因为碰到的是中间商，利润全叫中间商赚去了。
