　　衢江区矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要集中在衢北上方等乡镇，是衢江区的支柱产业，也是市“410”产业之一。近年来，矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/发展迅速，有石灰钙加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、石灰窑、小石灰棚作业、重钙、轻钙、机立窑水泥生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/300多家，个体户600多家，但多为低、散、小且污染重的非环保企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，特别是企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/使用石煤等燃料，加剧了二氧化硫的排放量。小石灰棚作业时钙粉扬尘十分严重，各类非环保型的矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/资源利用率低，能源消耗大。
　　
　　全区各有关集镇周边和国道、省道沿线可视范围内的非环保型石灰窑、石灰钙加工、石灰棚、石灰筛场、石粉厂、石煤粉碎、石料破碎企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/或个体工商户，在2006年1月31日前自行关停并拆除。该区其它非环保型石灰窑、石灰钙加工、石灰棚、石灰筛场、石粉厂、石煤粉碎、石料破碎企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/或个体工商户，在2006年11月30日前自行关停并拆除。对其中符合规划和技术改造条件，改造后生产规模、环保技术达到整治要求的石灰窑，经批准后可进行就地改造。对不符合矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工功能区建设需要的，应按要求依法予以关停。对新上的年产量2万吨以上、达到环保技术要求、符合矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工功能区规定的密闭式干法石灰钙生产线，必须集中到矿产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工功能区，以集约资源，提升产业。
