　　郭副会长说，经过“自然演进”到“自觉推进”的循序渐进，我省已形成了泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、厦门、漳州三大区域的闽南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群区，成为全国最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群区。2004年，闽南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/总产值达258亿元，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/8.5亿美元，约占全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产值及出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的80％。作为“中国http://www.stonebuy.com建材之乡”的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/，更是引领了闽南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群区域的“龙头”。

　　郭副会长建议，今后闽南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/业必须立足于打好“海峡牌”，以建设海峡西岸经济区为契机，在闽南区域建造世界最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群，用3至5年时间在闽南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产业集群中培育3－5个产值超100亿的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业园区，扶持10个产值超10亿元的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和3－5个大型跨国集团公司。同时，必须以闽南区域为重点，建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/现代物流配送中心。

　　“瞅准关税下调之机，扩大荒料石进口额。”南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/一经营进口荒料石的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主王先生说。据他介绍，从2005年1月1日起，我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料进口关税由原来的4％下降到1％。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/所需荒料石大部分是从意大利、西班牙、土耳其、挪威、印度等国家进口，关税下调惠及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要紧紧抓住这一机遇，扩大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料的进口量，降低生产成本，才能在国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的竞争中立于不败之地。
