继中国http://www.stonebuy.com画布企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/被列上今年美国的反倾销名单后，我国金刚石圆锯片生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/也难逃一劫，美方近日将对自中国http://www.stonebuy.com和韩国进口的金刚石锯片及零部件发起反倾销调查。业内人士指出，金刚石锯片出口http://en.stonebuy.com/正为越来越多的国内企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/看好，而美方的反倾销对很多已经或正考虑上生产线的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/无疑是当头一棒。

　　本月3日，美国金刚石锯片制造商协会同其9家会员企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/一起，向美国国际贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/委员会提出申请，要求对原产于中国http://www.stonebuy.com和韩国的金刚石圆锯片及其部件发起反倾销调查。

　　中国http://www.stonebuy.com机电商会有关人士告诉记者，由于中美双方海关统计的税则号不同，目前未能掌握涉案企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的具体数目，但企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/多集中在江浙及河南、河北地区。

　　据美国海关统计，我国去年输美金刚石圆锯片金额在2600多万美元，与韩国同为美国市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html最大的进口来源地。尽管涉及金额不高，但本案的影响却不容低估。

　　“中国http://www.stonebuy.com约有1500多家人造金刚石材http://www.stonebuy.com/料及工具生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，金刚石锯片则是其最主要的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/之一，涉案企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/及相关从业人员不在少数。”上海WTO事务咨询中心贸易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/救济措施监控预警部贺鸿昌告诉记者。

　　更令人担忧的是，金刚石锯片正成为我国一个新兴的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/增长点，许多企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、包括一些上市公司已经或正筹备新上生产线，在今明两年准备投产。“美国如最终决定对该产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/实施反倾销措施，将在一定程度上扼杀中国http://www.stonebuy.com金刚石工具行业的发展，对那些瞄准出口http://en.stonebuy.com/准备大干一场的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/而言，犹如当头一棒。”通常，投资一整套高档的金刚石材http://www.stonebuy.com/料及锯片生产设备需上千万元的资金。

　　据贺鸿昌介绍，全球的金刚石锯片生产自2000年起大规模向亚洲转移，中国http://www.stonebuy.com企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/以生产中低端产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/为主。据美方统计，2003年、2004年中国http://www.stonebuy.com输美的金刚石圆锯片数量环比增长均在30％以上。

　　记者从国内金刚石锯片生产基地之一———江苏丹阳的几家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/了解到，目前这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的对美出口http://en.stonebuy.com/未受影响，但之后的情形则“难以预料”。
