国家质检总局近期对天然花岗石、大理石建筑板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量进行了国家监督抽查，20日公布的抽查结果表明产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/抽样合格率为77.6%，比2003年第三季度的抽查合格率降低9个百分点。国家质检总局有关负责人表示，这说明我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量有所下滑，行业质量意识还需加强。

　　从抽查结果看，大、中型生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产的板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量较好，目前这些企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是我国大型、高档建筑物装饰材料的主要供货商，也是生产出口http://en.stonebuy.com/板材的主要企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。一部分中小型生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/及市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html经销部的板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量较差。

　　抽查中暴露出的主要问题是板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的长、宽和厚等规格尺寸、外观质量及光泽度控制得不好，有的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/超标严重，根本无法使用。造成质量不合格的主要原因是：部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量意识淡薄，有的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/竟然没有生产标准，也没有配齐的检测量具，没有配备专职的质量检验员，生产设备陈旧，生产工艺落后，工人的操作水平较低。同时，很多企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/使用的量具没有经过国家法定部门计量检定，有的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/为了降低生产成本，减少工时或工序，使产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量大大降低。
